This all sounds like being done with people and not the deed of networking people. Still presemted in the old paradigm. "The company", "the rules of the rulers", "the workers", "wages", "taxes", how can the smart change something for the rest of the people .... Transformation will come out of an other paradigm and mindset, I guess.

There is a difference between resisting and contradicting a paradigm change idea. Otherwise the paradigm maker will be thrown to their blind spots.
