What does the test show?
The test is to show how effectively engine oil protects the engine. Friction test, to simulate engine operation.
Metal parts in the engine during operation (friction, eg pistons) can lead to scratches and scratches. The better quality oil, the better it should protect the engine, before they arise.
Each sample subjected to this test will certainly have some scratches. By measuring the sample, we will be able to check the depth of the groove.
How does the test run?
The new sample is subjected to metal friction under 1 kg load for 5 minutes. Then the sample diameter is measured at its lowest point. Each new sample has a diameter of 2.92, from which the diameters of the sample to be tested. By subtracting both dimensions, we get a real measurement of the sample consumption. The result is lower the better.
Result: 0,01

How does this oil fare as compared to motul 300v, which is better??
Nice video! seem a good oil? can you recommend how to choose or compare to Fuchs Silkolen ? for superbike racing.. and the long life of the oil ? who s winner ?!
It's difficult question... Please, wait for second round of friction tests with much heavy weight +3kg... then we will see which one is better:-) I will start to publish tests with new setting in next week. I'm going to tests all engine oils which were in first round result 0,01.

Unfortunately, I've run out of this oil.
Hmmmm … Do you use a motor bearing for that purpose. because then the out bearing on that motor bearing will not be able to move around.

Yes, you are right. Currently, best result is 0,01. But I have a few oils with this the same result:-) Please, check the link in the description - there is a board with summary of all my tests.

Is it better than Motul 300V?
If we compare friction tests at cold temperature, better is Maxima, but please wait for friction test at 100°C. I will publish it in a few days...
