RalliSport Challenge is a 2002 rally racing video game for Microsoft Windows and the Xbox. It allows a career with up to 29 cars including the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 6 and the Suzuki Grand Vitara. Four race types that are included in the game are Rally, Hillclimb, Ice Racing, and Rallycross. A sequel, RalliSport Challenge 2, was released in 2004 for the Xbox.

DICE gave two of my favourite games , BF3 and RC
well it is the PC version.. it was still a good looking game for it's time, but I promise it didn't look quite this good on the original xbox haha
Loved this game back in the day, i'm sure it also featured ice racing and rallycross .

7:28 In my opinion, these graphics look more 'realistic' than modern games... The trees, the colour of the sky, the hills in the background. The general environment looks like what you'd expect. Without all of these crazy post processing that modern games have.

Richard Burns Rally also looks quite realistic.
Games nowadays all look like mobile games, because of their flashy colors and lights everywhere.
I played this game religiously on my Xbox as a kid. I loved the lancer and found out if you messed up enough and finished. The game would never show your true gameplay. Instead it would "fill in"
Going from playstation games to an xbox the game graphically blew me away, the handling of the cars was on of the best rally games I've played you could feel the difference between the dirt and tarmac, such a great game.
I remember this! I had this as a teen and played it well into high school!!! I still have my Xbox and I think I might still have this game.

I remember playing this on OG Xbox hours upon hours. A good mix between arcade an sim. The car handling feels so good and addictive.
The AI a bit dirty at the start haha sending you to the fence.

This one was fun but the sequel I'm still amazed playing in 2021
For me, this game handled better than Dirt and had more fun without any fake festivals and boring story, just driving

I have the classic Xbox version of this game and it's really fun. I've unlocked nearly every car. The only tracks I'm not good with is the hill climb events...

His sequel "Rallisport challenge 2" was released on Xbox first of the name, was better than the first opus, in the end had nothing to do with it anymore... It was one of the best racing games criticized by "Xbox Magazine" at the time. It is one of those games that enhance the console. I was the demo on the xbox magazine demo disk and i knew this demo by heart, it proposed three disciplines: "rally" "rally-cross" and "Pikes peak"...
I loved this game on Xbox and still have a copy but it would work on Xbox 360:(

I can't get for the life of me this game working, the only downloads i get are an empty mdf/mds files and if i can install it i get some reg error, from where did you got it?
The graphics look awesome, but the physics of the car is weird, it looks stiff as if there was no shocks.
This game was the bane of my existence. I loved to hate it. F*ck racing sims

one of the best at the time! i put a huge amount of gameplay into this, the menu sounds, the co-driver! brings it all back

They had a competition at comp usa with this game i won it with fastest time. i had to go pick my prize up in hollywood, The prize was dog shit i got cd disc cleaner some trash anti virus software some shitty tom clancy game forgot the name. I thought they would give me the this game for the prize boy was i wrong lmao.

holy shit... what an absolute giga blast of nostalgia. Even though this is the PC version, this looks just as good as I remember it being on the original xbox lmao. I DON'T however remember these horrible car sounds 😂 I remember one of the desert maps had this straight away that lead through these two steep hills on either side, and I would spend all day long just launching my car off those. Fucking love this game man.
Have you tried the manual transmission mode? I've tried it on two different PCs, and the gears either shift or don't when you press the button-it's completely buggy. I feel like it's a troll from the programmers to counter piracy. In automatic mode, you don't notice it, but in manual mode, it's unplayable. Sometimes the gears shift, and sometimes you have to press the button 10 times before it changes gear. It's totally random, and you can't race normally. Can you confirm the bug for me, please?
