It has been 4 weeks from the home birth of our newest member of the family and I wanted to share my personal experience with binding barely an hour after Niko was born. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this bind.

HI there, Tatiana! I started binding within a couple hours of giving birth but it's fine to wait until life settles down after a few days. I actually make and sell a fantastic belly balm for that purpose exactly at my etsy shop: www.etsy.com/shop/TheArtOfWellness
ps... you can also bind any time postpartum. Even if you baby is years old... your body will still benefit!

It is safe after a c-section! You'll want to wait until your incision is healed and you get the okay from your health provider.
