I am an Indian, but I cannot tell how many memories I had when watching this bowler. I first remember watching him back in my second grade when Pakistan was touring England in 2010. I didn't have a great interest in cricket around that time, cricket came to me in 2014. I was inspired by Mohammad Amir to become a fast bowler, as I would always go outside and practice by copying his action, even if he is a left hander and I am a right hander. When he returned to cricket in 2016, I was feeling so proud for him, as I knew exactly how he was feeling, and it was sort of a personal connection that I could relate exactly to Amir. Every single match since his return, I would keep track just for Amir, and when he wasn’t picking enough wickets, I was frustrated too. When he shined in the Champions Trophy final in 2017, I was feeling happy and sad at the same time, sad that India lost, but happy that Amir finally returned to his recognition in England. I am also happy for his performance last year, but I felt disappointed that he had to wait ten years to play his first World Cup, and his retirement from test cricket. Anyways, love from India!

I knew M Aamir before his debut in International cricket. I used to read newpaper when ever I visited my nearby milkshake shop. And each time I opened newspaper, there were always articles of M Aamir destroying opposition teams in domestic and county tournaments. I told my brother there would come a new sensation in Pakistan Cricket. Then I first time watch him bowl during ABN Amro t20 cricket tournament, bowling for Rawalpindi Rams. Those were the days when Pakistani bowling used to dominate International cricket.
The senior players for their illegal financial gain misled a teenage sensation and ruined the life and career of an expected legend. As an Indian I still feel for him. Hope all those involved in misguiding him rot in hell. He could have been another Wasim or Waqar , maybe better.
