1000kg = 1 tonne
Let's say you have calculated the sand you need for a whole house and you found out that you need 1000kg of sand, it simply means you need 1 tonne of sand
To simplify this with example, a 12 wheel tyre HOWO sinotruck has loading capacity of 37 tonnes = 37000kg
Meaning when you do your calculation and you find out that you need 74,000 kgs of sand, you order 2 sinotrucks. Currently the price now for real lake Sand (good one) is around 2.5m (655$ usd) for one sinotruck HOWO 12 tyre depending on your location
Meaning for 74,000kg you purchase it at 5m(1310 usd$)
