The biggest problem I faced with estimating when I was starting out, is that I tried to use the academic procedures they taught us in Engineering surveying I and II when (taking off) that shit doesn't work 😂
It becomes either too little or too much
I got lucky to work with Seyani Co. first, I learnt alot from them their estimates are exact
From then, I have I have a different perspective
