For me personally it’s one of those OCD things I have and I feel it needs to be there because some times I feel like I’m being rushed snap the ball after breaking the huddle
I just started playing again after 6 years or so, myself. I still like the game, but to be honest, it doesn't seem like it's improved much graphically in that time. I was surprised you can't watch instant replays anymore too. That's a strange feature to remove. I assume it's a technical thing with the software that caused them to remove it. Perhaps it wasn't possible to keep a recording of each last play due to the graphics improving. I don't know, I could be way off, I'm just guessing.

Another thing I would like to add is to "buck conventual wisdom" every once in a while. One thing I love doing is running the ball on 3rd & obvious pass situations. You'd be surprised at how often you can catch people off guard. You can get a clue on these types of situations if you pay attention to what type of coverage they play on certain situations.

I run everything out of the gun and just made the cardinals my team. I was 15-20 with the Seahawks and now I’m 26-20 with the cardinals. I just started playing and haven’t played since ncaa 11. They’re offense and defense setup is more comfortable to me because of the low # jerseys and speed. I use NE off and 46 def. I play random and make it a point to never start running my QB until after 2 min warning of 2nd quarter. I like the whole playbook, the gun is just more exciting to make big plays from to me. When I say I play random, I automatically start with a run the first 3 plays no matter what but after that I scroll through the gun and count to 3 and choose whichever play I’m looking at. Sorry for this long comment. It probably makes no sense and helped no one lol 😂
Good tips bro , I always tell people don't go on the d-line until you are up by 14+ points and can run deep zones in Nickel Dime packages , with the corners off the fastest reciever unless you have one of the top corners in the game ,also contain 1 side usually most of the time the qb arm side and allow the best rusher to be on his opposite side thats going back across his body if he tries to drop back and rollout to his non throwing arm side , this is what NFL real teams do with disciplined pass rushing one side rushes to sack one side contains the edge forcing the qb to step up into the pass rusher side or a dominant dt like Aaron. I don't know if it's just zbox series x but do you know how to get rid of the momentum boxes where the hit routes menu pops up?

Yup even if you’re loosing, just chill and learn, even if you will loose, practice what to do to stop the said player or see if you can get things working

@Eric…. Great video but there’s a HUGE problem with labbing plays. There’s no coaching adjustments in practice mode. Do you think they will ever add them in there? I can only lab correctly in a exhibition game but then the playclock forces you to “lab fast” which sucks.

I can’t seem to find passing plays that get my guys open. I have a very good build but my high Ovr Recievers are being clamped by bums. I try slants I try streaks and every damn time it’s clamped with ease. Where as I’ll play man or coverage and they just lob over my corners/safety when I got very OP backs.
Try reading the opponents coverage. A very easy way to do that is looking at the dbs. If the outside dbs are closer to the line of scrimmage and the defense has 2 safeties overtop, it’s likely cover 2 or cover 2 man. If your opponents outside cbs are farther from the line of scrimmage and there’s 2 deep safeties, it’s likely cover 4. If there’s 1 safety deep, it’s either cover 3 or cover 1. If the dbs and linebackers are unbalanced meaning they aren’t the same on both sides, it’ll probably be either cover 6 or cover 9. For when your on defense, if your opponent likes throwing routes that go to the inside like slant or drag, go to your coverage adjustments and do inside coverage so your dbs position themselves for the inside routes. Same goes for if u wanna defend the deep pass. You can give cushion and play overtop in secondary adjustments so your dbs play the deep routes first. Also make sure to not press if u keep getting burned. Your opponents also may be doing coverage beaters. Cover 4 bombs usually are a very deep post. Cover 2 bombs usually are shorter posts. Cover 3 bombs are usually streak routes from a WR close to the line of scrimmage. Cover 6 and cover 9 bombs are usually done by putting a TE who is in a 3 point stance on a streak. Hopefully this makes sense.

Why does every UA-camr have their videos have the playbooks look that way? Mine are always vertical, do not show the key go to players picture just says their name.. can’t slide through the plays as easy or anything. How do I change this bro?
I just feel like I don't know how to make reads on Offense or Defense. It's so awful. I've been playing Maden for like 12 years since I was like 6 or 7 and I still don't know how to play this f'ing game. It's so frustrating. I'm amazing at 2k but when it comes to this game all of my gaming skill crumbles.
I haven't played madden since like 15 I picked up 22 a few weeks ago bruh I dropped down to all pro and I can teach the CPU on the ground and with short passes but the deep ball just isn't there its auto picked like 80% of the time
