  • Nonprofit Accelerator Overview - Video that shows the end to end funding lifecycle, and some of the intelligent capabilities that light up when you start using the common data service.
    In the first 13 minutes - I cover -
    • The end to end non-profit cycle in the accelerator from managing a donor, fund raising , program management, and linking it to a beneficiary. It really is magical when it all comes together and you are able to see where the money is going!
In the second 5 minutes - I give an example of what's possible when you start using this on the common data service and our platform.
    • I give an example of a major donor emailing a request about an impact report, AI understanding the intent and sentiment of the email, deciding to make a phone call to the relationship manager, and providing context about the request.
o Fundraising manager gets a call telling him Bertram emailed in, and about what.
    • I also give the example of a PowerApp that lets you collect surveys in 10 different languages and sends it back to the CRM.
Technologies Showcased in addition to the accelerator - I don’t mention them on purpose in the video - Relationship insights, Sales Insights, Flow, Language Understanding Cognitive Services, PowerApps.

It looks like in the sample data that there are companies/organizations in the Households section. This has confused me, as I thought those were accounts and Households were for Families.
