Love the video especially the pro tips. I’ve played long enough that I could quickly find the picking pattern by ear, but I imagine it could be frustrating for newer guitar players. Thanks for all the hard work that goes into making your videos. Looking forward to working on this song. Thanks!
Oh man, more Prince huh! When I get back to making videos maybe I’ll do 1999. I have a pretty decent acoustic version of it! Thanks for the feedback, and thanks for watching! 👍
Hey there @Justins_shed, thanks for the love! Sydney, that’s awesome! I almost went to Perth once, but it didn’t work out. Thanks again, from California 👍
Love it al the way from South Africa use to capo at 3rd fret and play in C...Now i play it out of C no capo,if i am right it wil be the same voicing as yours.
Hey there @allensmsall from South Africa, thanks for watching! I’m in D with capo on second fret, so it puts me in E. You can play in the same key I’m in with no capo by using E, B7, and A … but if you modulate up a step, you’ll be playing a bunch of barre chords. I hope that makes sense 😃 Cheers from California 👍
Hi there @Garyrichard, thanks for watching! Oh man, I’m not familiar with that song. My next several videos are already planned, so I can’t promise anything, but I’ll check it out. Thanks for the suggestion 👍
Beautiful work thank you. Keep up the cool tunes

Nice work, Bill. You got down in the bones of a familiar song and gave it some fresh air. All the best from Sydney 🦘
