It’s just a matter of time a bio pic comes out. Surprised Arnold hasn’t made an effort to produce it. All the money he put into game changers should’ve gone into a Gironda doco.

Ive been lifting for 15 years natty. The plateau has happened for me a while back for the most part. Last year I have started eating organ meats and avoiding unsaturated fats. I have gained muscle to the point of people saying something. 15 lbs+- from 170 to 185. With less body fat. It's crazy how much more energy I have now too. No more tired feeling waking up ever. Try this out guys it's real.
It is no surprise, as I state in the video, eating organs does seem to support organ health, and as we age, organ health declines, so taking care of one's organs is more important than when we were younger.
So mostly saturated fats?

Bovine liver resolved my mother's anemia , Mediterranean anemia. I also eat liver and i benefit greatly from it . I guess for the enormous amounts of b12, iron , ....

The 36 egg a day diet worked well for me I felt really good while using that plan made gains in size and strength and stayed lean.
Can you give specifics about how it worked and what results you got? Also how hard was it to get down 36 eggs a day? Any info appreciated.

It was easy, I blended 12 eggs with 1 cup whole milk, 1 scoop protein powder and frozen banana strawberry blend, I drank 1 of those smoothies at 8am 230pm and 830 pm, I ate 6oz lean beef with 1 cup of greens at 1130/12pm and again with cottage cheese at about 530pm
Felt great gained strength and a inch on my arm while leaning down through the week I always weigh heavy on Monday because I would eat 5 meals with carbs Saturday and Sunday then do this diet Mon-Friday by Friday morning I'd be leaning down good feeling great I recommend giving it a try!

Yet here in the US they are trying to force us to NOT eat food like liver because “ Meat causes heart disease” and that eating meat “isn’t sustainable”. My glandular supplement I take has been making me feel AMAZING along with plenty of eggs, heavy cream, whole milk, different meats, and some fruits and vegetables. Really hope that we can end the whole agenda behind controlling our food supply with studies that you have mentioned for examplez
I hate to say it, but the whole control of food agenda will only get worse. In my opinion, unless things change, the world is heading towards some world of complete control by the masters who control the pawns... just like we have seen in the Hollywood films.

In Belgium we eat paté on bread. Its made of animal livers. Always been a part of our cuisine.

definitely would like more videos about body building nutrition science! this one here was great! I used to get the liver pills from NSP that had the vince Gironde seal, but i think they have changed the formula recently, will likely go back to the ancestral supplements brand. I have been taking liver pills for 2-3 years now.

Frying pan and butter and you're set. Liver cooks really fast, you can try small pieces til you find a result you like.
Reminded me i want to pick up some liver in the next day or two.

The one guy saying he eats 150 grams of liver might be concerning. A doctor interviewed said i believe 28 grams a week is all you need. If more there can be vitamin A toxicity.

Organ meats compared to muscle meats are different but not by that much. The bodybuilding community is prone to reductionist performance enhancer dogma.
It all comes down to nutrient density and bioavailability, if you are nutrient replete eating liver won't do much if you compare it to eating muscle meat in a metabolic health focused perspective.
Organ meats can be good in very specific nutrient deficiency cases, they are special in their nutrient concentrations that should not be disregarded. But to suggest that these foods are somehow medicinal compared to just animal foods is not evidence based.
For me the benefits of organs meats is their low price and that they have different tastes and textures. They can be unavailable because people don't buy them or have very bad taste because the animals are fed sub optimally.
Overeating fresh liver can cause copper toxicity, although I never ate that much liver in the first place to have any n=1 symptoms.
On the other hand hearts are more dense in taurine even when they lose fluids due to storage, it is an upside few are aware of.
TLDR;
Organ meats aren't superior to muscle meats health/performance wise in optimal circumstances where no previous nutrient deficiency/disease exists.
Buy all the supplements you want, it won't change how your body works.
