So the commissioners approve building new developments but don't realize there is trash associated with that process. Folks these are the ones you elected to tell you how to live.
The pool manufacturer might not have a bad smell but the chemicals coming from there is far far more toxic for the air you breathe. Kind of the pot calling the kettle black. One little spill from the pool place last decades and kills everything.
The decision on whether to keep it shut down or not, is simple. Who was there first. Was it the farm, the glass business, or the neighborhood. Because if the neighborhood, and the glass business were built aften the farm, then then the farm shouldn't have to shut down.
But what will the new county facility once built smell like (and will a terminating settlement mean the county buys that BS Ranch property to host its own facility) - fragrance for fragrance?
If I’m not mistaken septic tank waste is supposed to be pumped into a sewage treatment plant to go through treatment procedures and not dumped into an open pit or pond which is a huge health issue
This is the traditional method, that has been used since civilization stopped digging holes and covering it up. There are several methods of dealing with human waste, this has been the most common, in rural area.
If your worried about septic refuse in soil May be more worrisome are the chemicals being released into the air above large population centers by Parties unknown. Wonder what that does to the need for cardiovascular medications and heart complications. Not to mention the behavioral Manipulation making people more prone to extreme acts of violence and disoriented states. But surely THEY would not do that to innocent people, the Nuremberg crimes would greatly pale in comparison when also weighing the gender mutilation of children promoted and propogated by deranged medical practitioners aswell as the administration introducing the concepts .
Who was on the site first??? Did the pool company come in AFTER the waste site???

Ten years VS eight years . . so the ranch was there first?

Organic is a tricky word, babylonian word magic. There is nothing good about septic waste in the soil.
Yes and no, yes if it’s good septic but no if it’s septic from what most people eat, you don’t want triglycerides in your “organic soil”

Put the facility on the owners property. I'm sure they refer to it as "the smell of money. Bwahahahaha"
I prefer having a compost site next to me then having a racetrack and hearing the loud noise of vehicles
So now you can pay 150 for a steak very soon 99 for chicken and 125 for pork chops. Enjoy for your chooses.
