I heard that Kevin addressed the situation a few hours ago. I read it and I felt pretty satisfied. It doesn't excuse what they did with Tari's VA, but at least they held accountability and addressed the situation.
This REALLY amped up the anxiety I’ve already had about the final episodes of Murder Drones 😩

For over a week, it's been really rough with the Celeste Notley-Smith situation and the drama happening on the X media. I broke down in tears after hearing what Robyn Barry-Cotter said about why Glitch didn't notify Celeste Notley-Smith about being replaced with a voice actor and her resigning as the voices of SMG2 and Theo. While I was working for six days straight before my two days off from work, it wasn't just the Celeste situation that made my anxiety spike up, I was working hard a lot and I had car trouble with my issues with my acceleration since Saturday. I haven't been Doordashing since Thursday evening!
Two years ago, my favorite idol, Lizzie Freeman, stepped down as the voice of Meggy Spletzer, and it was replaced by Elsie Lovelock. Which was handled just fine, and that to me, started my next adventure to meet Lizzie Freeman in-person at an anime convention in Atlanta, Georgia. I even told the story a million times to my folks at home in Ohio. A year later, 2023 started off A LOT better because I got a shout-out from Corporate at my work area and Lizzie Freeman voicing Pomni from Digital Circus. I went over to Natsukashii Con in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania and I got to see Lizzie Freeman again to congratulate her for voicing Pomni AND I got to meet Amber May, the voice of Whisk from Sunset Paradise and Alice from Murder Drones. Honestly, I love going to an anime convention from the United States because of Lizzie Freeman.
But today, we finally got an answer from Kevin Lerdiwichagul on X, and I read the whole thing. I thanked Kevin for the statement, and the situation is over. However, we'll still wait for the Celeste Notley-Smith situation to be answered. Which is fine, by me.
I'm still going to be an SMG4 and Glitch Productions Enthusiast, I will still watch their videos on both SMG4 and Glitch, buy their merch, donate on their livestream, and like their videos. I'm still writing my autobiography book Glitches to Riches: A Fan's Journey. My goal is to show it to the whole world! I have to finish my story and meet the cast of Digital Circus at KadabraCon in Corpus Christi, Texas.
The picture of me, Lizzie Freeman, and the cast of Digital Circus is going to be used as a book cover for my Glitches to Riches autobiography book. I would call the current chapter of my autobiography book, "A Huge Dilemma Incident". That chapter has come to an end. Moving onto the next chapter! It will later be named in the future

Been 3 weeks and Celeste hasn't still got a answer from the Lerds. Robyn commented this on a video from Nux who went over the drama, she also said that Celeste probably won't go back to voicing acting. Which is sad because the company that gave Celeste, her first voice acting role just threw her out for no reason and she along with the public probably will never get a reason. Because if a company admits guilt, people will hang it over their heads forever and that is the last thing Glitch need. I'm just disappointed in them... we all are.
Update: Celeste has confirmed she still hasn't gotten a response from Kevin or Jasmine, I do remember Celeste saying Luke did apologise to her. So it's just Kevin and Jasmine who have to apologise to Celeste.
To be fair, twitter has always been the dumpster fire of the internet. I wouldn't want to speak on there either. People get threatened on there for doing far less or because someone made something up.
Ok guys, maybe that was a wrong move about Glitch not telling the real voice of tari being replaced, but Glitch is not a bad company, I hope there is something else that is going on. But Rooster Teeth is a horrible company, Rooster Teeth are rotten people of ruining people's lives, like Rooster Teeth framed Vic Mignogna of the sexual harassment that Vic never did at all, Vic Mignogna is actually a really cool guy, he would never do that, poor Vic😔

I think that people are too hard on Jasmine.
Yes it was important, and yes it affected other people, but we have little to no control over our memories.
As someone with a lot of memory problems, it’s by no means a controllable issue.
You can set alarms if you do it immediately, but it’s such a hassle to set an alarm for every single thing, *especially* in the workplace.
I want people to understand truly what it means to forget something. Everyone always says “that’s not an excuse”, or “that is extremely irresponsible”, but I highly doubt that you’d feel the same way if you were in her position.
Try and imagine it.
You made a mistake that inconvenienced someone else, and the entire internet is immediately on your case about it. Harassing you, insulting you, angry at you, all because of a mistake that was beyond your control.
Forgetting something is forgetting it, not choosing to not remember it.
And it could easily be left at that.
She apologized, she obviously feels really guilty, and there’s nothing that she can do to make this situation any better.
What does everyone expect from her?
I wish that people could just understand that it isn’t Jasmine’s fault, even though she assumed responsibility.
I really feel bad for everyone involved in this. And we fans, are not involved. So, I think that we should all just stand back and let this situation resolve itself.

Not trying to hate but, glitch has honestly lost a good amount of respect from me. This happened when tadc was first released and gained much more attention than murder drones. It had given me a sense of insecurity that murder drones might become a discarded series. Yes, i understand that the blow up from tadc might have been unintentional, but i still do not trust glitch a whole lot. Yes each series is just as amazing as the other but i still have a feeling that because of this.. murder drones does have a possibility of being discontinued

Exactly my thoughts. That's another reason why I'm not a fan of TADC.
As a fan of both shows, I believe they should give more attention to MD for now. Knowing that TADC already has enough hype and more MD will arrive first, they should advertise more of it.
