  • Hey, here is a collection of 4 efficient back exercises which are easy to execute and have an easy progression. You can do these in a home gym or in a commercial gym.
    In this video, they are demonstrated on the HMS Cyklop 1 home gym with smith bar.
    These are rope lat pulldowns (can be done also with other implements), pullups, one arm cable row and bent over row on the smith machine. Doing these in this order makes for a good back workout, adding some lunges and bicep curls gives you a complete pull workout in a push-pull split.
    If you do a total body workout, choose 2 of these exercises for training back.

    Please advice what are you using for the feet placement during seated cable row and how convinient it is to use back pull down if you are using bench and soft rollers above your knees in order keep your in place.
