- So, somehow this Ole 1963 Ford C600 COE cab which belonged to my Grandpa and it ended up in the scrap yard and was going to be crushed. I heard about it and could not let this happen, so I rescued it and plan to build it back to something cool and usable. I realize I have to many projects as is but this is definitely one that is very near the heart. Thanks for watching and be sure to Like and Subscribe

For being 60 years old and being a work truck all his life, as much as I hate cabovers that is one great looking cab! To hell with the money if it was your grandpa's it's priceless, I'm glad you got it back, look forward to seeing what can be done with it! You have my total respect! O-H-I-O Porter greetings 🇺🇸 You saved it…YEAH! How did it end up there anyway? Those were quite classy cabs! Mack had them 1st & then Ford got ahold of them. It might be a Diamond in the rough, but it also has sentimental value to it for you. I can relate to that one very well! You mentioned keeping the patina…I would really encourage you to clean it all up & finish it properly! It really deserves it. I know some people really like the patina look, but that cab has a large canvas & has so much potential. You might see that once you get started on it. I drove a 65 C800 back in the day & that truck was so roomy & classy. It was a tractor, but we really dressed it up both on outside & inside. I was devastated when I found out it had been junked! I miss that truck still! Well, it might be a big project for you, but I’m sure you’ll really enjoy it. Blessings. 🥰😎✌️
