It is safe to use indoors, however, we always recommend proper PPE when working with epoxy resin. Outdoor use is just fine, you will just need to make sure to keep your epoxy and projects out of direct sunlight as much as possible, and we would also recommend some sort of cover to protect your project from dust and dirt.
