Yes! You want to try to make the glitter layer as smooth as possible because some spray paint colors aren’t as forgiving and you will be able to see the bumps even after the next coat of epoxy!
It's a Bernozomatic TS4000 from Home Depot and then I get the green propane cans from the camping section at Walmart! If you cant find the top part at HD, they sell them on the CCDIY site! Just click on the link in the description under epoxy and search torch :)
