I'm sure the government will announce a new law regarding this because the road markets are making the streets and city ugly and uncomfortable for pedestrians. I think they are waiting until they finish construction in the main area of the city or build a large street market zone. Same for transporttaion like creating more bus and taxi zones since the long lines of people waiting for transport are crowding the streets and blocking pedestrian passages. But I'm sure they will do something soon.
