It's a cultural thing. I see these girls talking openly about feminine hygiene or even sex, but lots of times they automatically put a hand in front of their mouths when they laugh, which for a European like me it's odd. Girls from Korea and other East Asian countries are supposed to be more modest compared to others (Brasilian girls are probably on the opposite spectrum). As the world becomes smaller though, young Koreans are changing their customs too, and within a couple of generations, there won't be such a difference.
I mean, from what I've seen. Relationships and sex life is entirely different in Korea compared to westerners, hence her reaction. Pretty sure they made a video about how this stuff, can't remember tbh.

Older women have preference for muscular guys more than younger women do, so it makes sense that the older girl had her heart rate higher in comparison to the second girl.
