The four dragons had a father who was a god dragon. For the Journey to the West happen, the god dragon was put on a plan to die, so the emperor could ask the monk to retrieve the scripts. In short version: - The god dragon was sentenced to be beheaded, then he tried to ask a favor to the emperor so his executor could not attempt the execution. - The plan failed and the god dragon was executed, then he start to appear on the emperors dreams, tormenting him for not beeing able to help him. - The emperor tormented, not beeing able to sleep, ask for assistance and the answer was to start the path of bhuddism so the god dragon ghost could no longer torment him. - Then the emperor ask the monk Tang (The one who recruit Wukong for the journey to get the scriptures) to go retrieve the scriptues, because this tasks has to have his authorization. Now to the 4 dragons, they didn't know what would happen to them because of his father execution. They thought the heavens would punish them too, so the Gourd man (on the game) ask them to hide away until a chance would appear for them to strike back. In simple terms, the Gourd man planned all from the beginning, from the god dragon to die (participating directly to guide the god dragon to be executed), to ask the sons to hide. Journey to the West was a plan from the high celestial beeings to happen, including the Bhuda we see on the game.

I personally think the thing that makes this boss super hard is the arena you fight him on. If it was bigger it would be 100 times better. A little tip for anyone wanting some cheese for this boss. If you stay the perfect distance away, not too far yet not too close, and use the spear stance, you can hold the heavy attack button and do a full charge attack on him, if you did the distancing right he should just edge walk to you. The spear has different ranges depending on change so trail and error might have to be done. If you are too far he will do the air charge move for half or all of your health, if you are too close he will just hit you, so try and stay a good distance away, you should know when you are there because he will just walk side to side slowly inching towards you. I personally used the ability to boost my damage at the cost of all my mana and locking my spells, very helpful with this cheese as it massively boosts you damage. You can add more damage by having a bigger mana bar during the cast of the spell, to min max this, use 3 thunderflame seal curio to boost your mana, gore eye doaist, the essence decoction, and put mind cores to Increase mana. Now use the ability called spell binder, this will consume all your mana and prevent you from casting spells even if you gain mana back, but massively and I mean massively increase damage, lasts until you rest or die. Now after you cast spell binder equip non-able you still get passive buffs from spirits even though you can't use them while spell binder is equipped. The best place to farm the worms to get the essence decoction is at the cliff of oblivion, just run down the hill and kill the worm enemies and they should drop. To get the thunder seal flame, you go to new thunderclap temple and kill the guys who shoot lightning at you. The stairs at the beginning have 6 guys on them and two more on the left side after going up. You can equip as many curios as you can they do stack. Spell binder is fun, but if you don't want to use it it's fine. Hope this helps someone.
