the interior dash feels cheap plastic-like from the picture and looks similar to the new Landcruiser. Would think Lexus would keep the new GX with some luxury appearance. Is the new GX bigger inside? more passager room? I heard is 4" wider but is it also longer?
Yeah with the exception of the RX which looks a little more upscale now on the interior their interior quality has been taking a dive...just look at the tx.

As I’m sure you know this particular model is more about its off road capabilities. It will be way more capable off-road then a Hyundai Palisades. The dealership experience will be more upscale and professional, and if you are going to keep it for 10+ years the likelihood of and mechanical issues will be fewer.

In my opinion it looks more like a range Rover that means it suffers the same design failure in efficiency in-terms of aerodynamics. The drag ratio is too high wasting much needed energy. May appeal to extravagant clients but it's not gonna be quick.
Oh my lord..... look at the fit-and-finish quality..... terrible....look at the big gap on the glovebox door???? The inside does not look Lexus at all.... I think I'm to buy the current GX460....

Dislike that the overtrail deletes the rear overhead vents for 2nd row and cargo area. Love those in the 460 for kids and dogs.
