Labneh
500g yogurt full fat natural
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mint
Shanklish
1kg yogurt full fat natural
coating
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp nigella seeds
1 tsp mint
1 tsp chili flakes
you can also coat in sesame seeds or anything else you like
