I just found this stuff, I feel like I’m the last one to the party! LoL soft plastics is something I’ve always considered but not willing to open that can of worms, good to know this stuff works for those as well. Thanks!

Nice! I just put a video out doing the same thing with Dead On Plastix’s “Frost” doing the same thing and next Friday releasing one with their “24K” which is also a killer. Do Mosou Black as your backer and it’s stunning!

Holy crap! That was a lot of pigment for that! I love that stuff but I have been buying holographic nail power from Temu for $1.98 and it fantastic! As another thought, you can always shoot it over the Sepia that you have on the back of the lure if you want to have it up there also. A lot of times i will just dust the back a little bit for added effect.

For sure! The possibilities are endless! Good ol’ TEMU lol, I’ve been burnt so many times with Wish that I’m a bit apprehensive with TEMU

Id say the pigments are better cause you are covering up the holographic tape thats on the inside where as the pigment is a part of the paint itself
Also would love to see your version of a tequila sunrise or morning dawn

With the KBS clear coat can you just leave it in that jar and dip lures when you need or will it harden over time? Also do you use multiple coats or just one? Thanks for all the info really great videos

Great question, I pour it out of the can it comes in and into a mason jar. I use about 4 layers of clear food wrap over the mouth of the jar before the lid. I also keep it a low humidity area as it cures with humidity. As it gets lower in the jar more air/humidity will be present then you just transfer it to a smaller jar and continue. I just dip lures as I need, but I wouldn’t dip anything that has glitter as that would come off in the KBs and coat every lure that goes in afterwards. Thanks for the question and hope this helps!
