Is that because of installing FZ Suspension forks ..? Bhai company jab chassis banati hai toh usme wealding alag tarah ki hoti hai. Tum Jo wealding kar rahe ho wo tutt bhi sakti hai. Chassis ko kabhi katt nahi karna chaiye uski mazbooti khatam ho jati hai
The square frame corners for the battery will get dangerously close to your thighs, while driving. The corners are going to hurt you every time you brake. Can you put a U bend tube instead?

Great job one drawback is, the motor you've used here isn't much efficient. Is less efficient then the BLDC parallel hum motor.
