The breach has affected Several villages, forcing people to evacuate to National Highway 37 and set up temporary tents there. Many have lost property they earned through hard work. The embankment failed due to poor work by the contractor and inadequate supervision by local authorities. Due to their negligence, ordinary people are suffering. A similar situation occurred at this location in 2017.
