- Here's a quick rundown of what's new in Buildbox 3.4.6, our most feature-packed release of the year!
New Buildbux Virtual Currency
This latest release introduces Buildbux! Buildbux is Buildbox's new virtual currency that creators can purchase and use in the newly updated asset library!
Updated Asset Library
Speaking of the newly updated Asset Library, there are now tons of new assets, both free and premium, at your fingertips! Everything from 2D and 3D to Smart Assets and UI elements! All searchable from within the editor!
New Tooltip System
We've also added a new tooltip system with over 900 newly created and updated tooltips to help you navigate and learn Buildbox! The new design includes short videos coupled with brief descriptions and links to documentation. Just hover over any field to learn more!
Completely New Wizard
And last but not least, we have created a brand new Wizard! The new Wizard allows you to simply and quickly create games by choosing worlds, characters, enemies, and game logic! Start with the Wizard and make it your own by fully customizing your creation in the editor!

This engine has the potential to be number one because of the entry level requirements that enable new users to code games. That being said we still need tutorials that are more advanced without using brainboxes. The brainboxes are awesome but the way the editor works with nodes is even more impressive and should be taught.
I just switched to unity trust I am also noob in C# but now I'm learning fast

@@RKfromYT I don't understand how an engine significantly less powerful than Unity can try and be so greedy. There is not even a correct way to import pixel art in BB and BB3 lacks alot. They need to make changes asap or they will fade away.
@@emoneydatruth1 thats what I am saying trust me first I thought unity is hard for noob like me without coding language learning but I was wrong there is bunch of tutorials on youTube for unity I am learning so quick and easy it's not hard I'm now good with it

Yes, the assets are copyright free. As long as your commercial projects are made with Buildbox, you're more than welcome to use it.

Not sure if it's just my PC, but the wizard crashes Buildbox once it get to the Game logic screen

WEB 3 guys, you have a great platform, don't lag behind on it.
ayo you should make a gamedev series on making a game and explain how to do stuff as you progress making the game.
Maybe time to revisit this game engine ... about 4 years or more I made video about this game engine lol. My ex had installed a pirate copy on her laptop so we made a video lol. It's the only time I used the program lol well it's free now, maybe time to try again. Still there is no engine out there that has an option to natively create online multiplayer games. Construct has a terrible server you can use if you want lol but no option to setup your own. You can unity and unreal but not without jummping a few hoops. Ill download this later one today see how this looks now.
My Buildbox hasn't been able to get pass the splash screen.. now it's telling me the app isn't supported on my device ..help
