    So sad that it takes someone to be seriously hurt or pass away for people to see them as fellow humans and treat them as such. 😔

      @Jim Beanie Are you kidding me? Hardly anyone had ever heard of Anne Heche when she got involved with Ellen. Ellen was making headlines all over the globe for coming out. I just listened to Anne’s memoir, and though she clearly suffered from horrific sexual abuse as a child and I have compassion for her, I still think it’s awfully coincidental that she met and “fell in love with” Ellen literally overnight, the week before Ellen’s coming-out show was to be broadcast.

    Awesome interview, Rosie. Ann was a good person. A man who was in the military told how she was at an airport he was in and how she Thanked him for his service, even payed for his meal. We all have our issues. She did too. Her passing is sad. Thank you Rosie.

      I like it too, but really prefer her in long hair. Back in the late 1980’s when she got her very first acting job, she played twins, Marley and Vicky Love, and she had the most beautiful amazing hair you’d ever seen. It was almost to her belt, and it was just amazing. Just as amazing as she was.😞😢

      @@lisapiccirilli4908 Where did you hear that Rosie told her not to talk about Ellen? That doesn’t make sense, given that Rosie is a lesbian. In fact, at the end of this clip, Rosie tells Anne to “give my love to Ellen.” I haven’t heard many good things about Ellen lately, but I think it’s important to stick to the facts when forming an opinion.

    Thank you for posting this, Rosie and thank you for letting this interview air as is. You don’t know how important it was for us young gay kids to hear her speak so casually about same-sex home ownership. People don’t realize how taboo these topics were at the time, and despite the salacious details of her passing, how courageous she was in a time where backlashes were real and she suffered the brunt of it.
    Thank you Rosie and Ellen and Anne. You made life a lot easier for the next generation, even if you all haven’t gotten the credit you deserve. The people who you affected remember very well.

    @MG here you go…
    So @MG deleted the stream in which MG said it seemed something was off about Heche’s death. Then later commented it might have been suicide.
    I commented to MG that when Heche’s brother killed himself when she was 13, just subsequent to their dad dying of AIDS, Heche viewed his death as suicide. As a professional, I opined that this was a deep wound that never healed.
    M G then replied,
    Todd Douglas Yeah I guess we can all speculate but we will never really know. Only she and the undertaker will know. It’s really sad it just seems she wouldn’t want to leave her children behind.
    I commented one last time that I wasn’t speculating and that these wounds can bring about a reenactment of a trauma, particularly when there is addiction.
    MG then deleted everyone’s comments.

      Update: today I watched a video of Anne Heche with a psychic. Interestingly the psychic focused in on her brother and her brother’s death. Anne had to step out of the interaction and said almost nothing throughout the short episode. I could tell when the psychic started talking about her brother’s feelings about her that she simply had not processed it. The interview was about 3 years ago. You can find it on youtube.

    I think "Wild Side" is her best movie, actually - far better than romcom pablum like "Six Days, Seven Nights".

      People are allowed to mourn whether they knew her personally or not. Your opinion is what sustains and feeds grief, that everyone should hurry up and move on. Grief needs to be experienced, it is part of life and one day you will meet Grief and understand 💔
