A/C problem F13 (7.5 amp fuse) blows, found wire on the compressor grounded.
Need help please let me know, love to help.

my ac compressor does not come on, the cooling fans on the cab run but not the compressor. I hot wired the compressor and it works that way but there is something wrong when running normal operation.....

What should I do?
check low Freon , High or low pressure sensor or compressor clutch, fuses too.

Found it. During the drive, hose that go to evaporator on chassis get damaged. I replaced it and now everything seems to be working!

One more question.
I cut damaged part of the hose and put another one with two round clamps. Is that good?
On one of the trucks Apu controller has no power, where shall I start looking? Switch on the dash is on normal and key is out of the switch.
Do you know the year of the APU?

@@dimushallc7512 I have a Tripac TK270 . The pulley on the A/C compressor won't turn. It seems to be locked . Does that mean that i need a new A/C compressor or i just need a clutch??Thank you

I’ve got the same issue. Can i disconnect the ac compressor and still run the APU to at least charge the batteries with no issues?
If you are a truck driver OTR that means you need to get your apu fixed right away !!! There is no chance to leave the truck for two days come on!!! If you don’t have time to take customer REMOVE THE ADS!! remove the businesses from google! So we don’t waste our time, Driver this guys has no time for your apu maintenance don’t waste you time go somewhere else….
