Igwijo is actually the name of this genre of traditional music with humming and ullulating and chanting. It's really delightfu South African culture. 💯

All those women were murdered by their partners or people who were supposed to protect them. Many women are killed daily in South Africa 😢😢
The song is all about Gender Base Violence in most of the time it's men who commit these. What he actually sings about is he is pleading all men to stop the GBV, it's so touching
