This song should be our March song. It made me want to fight for my sister, aunts, daughter and mothers who we have lost. It is time for us as women of South Africa to fight back
Me too sis, our companies should allow all female workors to make a peaceful match, we may not be crying for those we know but we are simply women and must fight for those who lost their loved ones.
Completely agree with you ladies... Even if its not for lost lives only. We are living in fear daily, our sisters who are sitting in relationships because leaving = death or death of your children.
If we as men can just pause to listen, not rationalise, not explain away femicide, but just stop and listen; gender based violence will begin to end. Madoda sabelani!

I can't get over this song😭May God Get in the hearts of the men...instead of hurting us,let them protect us🕯️😭May the souls of our sisters rest in internal peace🙏🏿😭🕯️
I literally can’t hold back my tears, I’m torn and hurt on my knees praying asking God!! Why is this happening, what has become of our once beloved country we fought against white supremacy now we have to protect ourselves from our very own brothers, fathers. Our own kind!! 😭
ayabibuhlungu intliziyo yam...........this takes me back to the 17 year old me who was raped on my way to school. kubuhlungu because abanye never live to tell the tale. i thought i was over it but it just came flooding back..........
I can’t watch this video without sobbing inconsolably. I was once almost one of them until my perpetrator died in a car accident while in pursuit, long story short I’m grateful every single day. This song took me back to my therapist chair again 😢😢 I was unable to can
I dont understand the language but I get the message 😢😢😢😢😢 My heart is broken. I'm Namibian, GBV is a national virus killing women daily. My spirit is so heavy, all this are young women very young to die like that 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢 The said part is some of this women tried to look for help from us (family and friends). But we turned a blind eye and said I'll talk to him or it's you stop making him angry. As a black woman I should never feel scared, worried, anxious, threatened around black man. But the said reality is when I'm walking somewhere and I see a group of my black brothers or one walking behind me fear kicks in asking God that they don't do anything funny to me. I hate that feeling, because this are my people my brothers. The ones I'm supposed to run to for protection.
To the women who are selling our children, sisters, aunts, siblings, cousins, nieces to these monsters i pray that you have encounter with The Lord and realise the pain you have caused to families, community, provinces, our country and to the entire world and to the men who have no regards to the lives you take and destroy because of greed, insecurities and your unhealed trauma i really don't know what to say to you but God😢😢😢
These goes to my sister Madipuo Betty Seleke whom i lost through the cruelty of a jealous boyfriend and left me to raise their son from the age of 2 years now he is 15 years old. the pain of seeing this boy and being reminded of my sister is unbearable.
Wow...This song really touches the soul😭😭❤❤ I don't know how many times I've watched it. It breaks my heart seeing how many beautiful sisters we've lost in the hands of men who were supposed to love and protect them. Hosi Xikwembu languta tiko ra wena😭😢💔
God's anointing on your voice is so real. The fact that you keep using it to not only glorify him but also speak truth to other men, is powerful.. be blessed king.
I’m in early 20s but I’m scared of dating let alone to even have kids, I’m always hiding at home or work😭we’re not safe in the hands of our own fathers, brothers and those we fall in love with
My heart is heavy! The soil is drenched with the blood of our mothers, sisters, aunts, friends suffered at the our hands - THE MEN of this country. We are at fault. We need to be accountable. We need to be teachable. We need to change. This can't keep happening!!!!
Wow i just cried watching this video very touching😭😭it just reminded me of all the pain i went through from my abusive partener . Im glad i left before it was too late
When you hear a man cry out to his mother at the point of distress, you definitely know that it is really rock bottom. If we as men seek our strength from the women in our lives as power figures, why should we not push to protect and respect them with all our might? To all men out there being abusive please JUST STOP DOING IT.
What happened to us....? madoda, we need to claim back our responsibilities in our communities. Lets teach the young, lets love them, lets listen to them. This is getting out of hand.... God bless Africa and the rest of the world.
Seeing pictures of these beautiful people made me realize that they are just like me. We truly never know who is next. May we be heard in this lifetime. May men begin to see us. Rest in heaven ladies. You have become fallen revolutionaries ❤️
Well done my brother. We played this song for our healing sessions for survivors and lighting candles for those who passed on due to GBV. Touching song and beautiful voice.
Tears just started falling as soon as I heard this song😭💔 it really touched my heart. I sometimes think that the world is coming to an end because men don't act like they have hearts anymore.😔
I'm crying for my friend who killed by her boyfriend last week😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭rest in piece thandeka till me meet again💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔I'm bleeding nkosi ngpholise

I love you❤️👑
My mom failed to choose me when my step dad was sexually assaulting me and nearly raped me😭 she choose him!! I have a daughter now and I'm always terrified
Was assaulted by drunk older cousin but never said a thing coz he is mentally slow and is struggling with life ...i was just 15 and had to make a tough decision now I’m 17 and growing strong
This song bcm new each n evryday to me 😭😭God pliz come we are tired of this kind of life being killed by people who claim that they love us ... people who are supposed to be protecting us🥺🥺🥺
😭💔 My Father once told me that, " The greatest favor that Man can do for his kids, it is to love their Mother". Let us love and protect our Woman for the sake of ur kids. Let us stop killing them😭💔
This song made me cry when when I first heard it buy this week I'm broken because my sweet cousin is now one of these statistics. I am broken sweet Angel. You didn't deserve what he did to you.I will love you always ❤. Be free sweet girl
This is so incredibly powerful! Even tho I didn’t understand the Xhosa lyrics, and a friend had to explain, the message is so clear and so powerful. Thank you for this incredible composition! Beautiful music! Shows you the power of music! No words needed to feel the passion. #menfightforwoman #stopgenderbasedviolence
😭😭😭😭am a victim who survived a death in a hands of a men in 2010.since then I forever ask myself should I look over my shoulder daily if they will finish what they left unfinished 😭😭😭😭AM I NEXT😭😭😭😭💔💔💔
I am sorry you were abused and violated Patience. If there is a God who hears his people's prayers, I pray he covers you and every single other girl and woman alive 😭
The most painful thing is we are still loosing women till today at the hands of those who are supposed to protect them. I wish this song wasn't relevant and it only served as a reminder/a memory of what used to happen in S.A and around the world.
I'm only discovering the song today. How come is it not trending? Our country and the whole world needs to hear it. It needs to reach each and everyone whether effected or affected by GBV. Thank you to the brains behind it. Our country needs to heal.. And here is our start..
It's sad that even after so many tragedies, our South African men still continue to rob us of our lives. I attended a funeral yesterday that came at the hands of the partner and my heart is bleeding💔💔😭
I would like to dedicate this song to my late sister, a young woman from 🇧🇼 who was brutally murdered by her baby daddy in 🇿🇦, in 2017. The pain of loss still feels like it was just yesterday we were informed of her death. At the time as a family we didn't have time to grieve her death because we we busy making arrangements to repatriate her lifeless body back home, which was a difficult and emotionally taxing experience all on its own, to this day the events that led to her death or any investigations thereto of same, remain unknown to the family. May the souls of the departed rest in eternal peace and may all the brokenhearted be comforted. There is absolutely nothing that entitles a anyone ro end the life of another. Thank you for this beautiful song.
This song is giving me goosebumps, the vocals are just too much. Not to mention the message 💔.. This really should be our national anthem.. Awasabele amadoda, we can't live like this.
Loyiso blessed the womb that carried you. You are truly a blessing. Your voice no matter how bad it is your it lighten up my day. I wish all the best in life may God protect you. I am literally crying. May God protect every women out there. We are truly living in hard times.

I am calling for a petition to have this song played on our radiowaves everyday in the afternoon right after the national anthem. We need to send a strong message to men who are killing our sisters and mothers that this is unacceptable. we need to plea with government to put in lengthy jail sentences to men who are killing our women.

Looking at all the photos and seeing kids amongst them breaks my heart even more 😭😭😭
My stomach just shrinked....how can an adult A MAN...do such to innocent child...yhooo THIXO
I can't get over this song😭May God Get in the hearts of the men...instead of hurting us,let them protect us🕯️😭May the souls of our sisters rest in internal peace🙏🏿😭🕯️
True hey this has to come to an end
I literally can’t hold back my tears, I’m torn and hurt on my knees praying asking God!! Why is this happening, what has become of our once beloved country we fought against white supremacy now we have to protect ourselves from our very own brothers, fathers. Our own kind!! 😭
What does the song mean...... I'm getting goosebumps already
Asking men to take a stand against GBV
😢 😢 😢 💔 💔 💔 💔
ayabibuhlungu intliziyo yam...........this takes me back to the 17 year old me who was raped on my way to school. kubuhlungu because abanye never live to tell the tale. i thought i was over it but it just came flooding back..........
Askies❤️ I pray you find healing
sorry sisi stay strong and positive 💔💔💔
Im Sorry sisi😭♥️
I get goosebumps each time i hear about someone being raped, even if i don't know the person, my heart drops. Yes, some never live to heal from that😥
I can relate my sister even today Ngibonga impilo 😔
I just dnt let it hold me back
I can’t watch this video without sobbing inconsolably.
My spirit is so heavy, all this are young women very young to die like that 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
The said part is some of this women tried to look for help from us (family and friends).
Only the truth here
I so love this song I just heard it recently but yoooh,I love it but don't understand the language! From Namibia🇳🇦🇳🇦
😭😭😭 Our hearts are heavy... Spirits broken... Lord what has become of your children? 💔💔...
We have turned away from God, the simple answer 😞
… I am crying, please what is he saying ??
The person who disliked this video has some serious things going on their head
I was asking my self how come you dislike
And honestly who does that. Such trash
It's probably from men who know have put their hands on women and see nothing wrong about it
May the Lord touch their hearts and be healed🙏
The devil worshippers
@@_molebogeng6281 very true, I guess it is them!
I'm glad my mom walked away from years of domestic violence and abuse to protect our family💔😢

RIP to all of these beautiful queens.
God's anointing on your voice is so real. The fact that you keep using it to not only glorify him but also speak truth to other men, is powerful.. be blessed king.
I’m in early 20s but I’m scared of dating let alone to even have kids, I’m always hiding at home or work😭we’re not safe in the hands of our own fathers, brothers and those we fall in love with
There are heroes, though. May you fall in love with one and he with you.
I don't understand the lyrics but this song has touched every vein in my body..so emotional 😭💔 men should fight for their women ♥️👏 love from 🇰🇪
this is such a powerful track, it hits deep into the core of ones soul, where truth resides, keep shining your powerful light through your music

❤️❤️❤️
As soon as I saw this on a WhatsApp Status I came here flying 😭😭❤️❤️❤️
As a man I am proud to say I have never raised hand 🖐🏾 on a woman how many of you can actually say that with a straight face ?
I'm with you Brother 💯
♥️♥️
I am one of them brother
Protecter....we need such men in this world.
❤️
2 days into 2025 and I'm studying while listening to Lloyiso😊😊😊
When you hear a man cry out to his mother at the point of distress, you definitely know that it is really rock bottom. If we as men seek our strength from the women in our lives as power figures, why should we not push to protect and respect them with all our might? To all men out there being abusive please JUST STOP DOING IT.
Unfortunately many men don't view us with any type of respect. They don't see us as human
What happened to us....?
madoda, we need to claim back our responsibilities in our communities. Lets teach the young, lets love them, lets listen to them.
This is getting out of hand....
God bless Africa and the rest of the world.
I am worried about the 33 people that disliked this video.

Dear Lord, have mercy on your children 😭😭💔 Father we need you
😭💔 My Father once told me that, " The greatest favor that Man can do for his kids, it is to love their Mother". Let us love and protect our Woman for the sake of ur kids. Let us stop killing them😭💔

This is needed I'd not for men to rise up then for woman to know the fight can come from within.

Um so Sorry love😔😔😔😪
Be blessed with a long life 😭 and with strength to go through what ever comes in your way
I am sorry you were abused and violated Patience. If there is a God who hears his people's prayers, I pray he covers you and every single other girl and woman alive 😭
Why this is the first time hearing of this song😲Vele why South African media isn't playing it especially during GBV🤔
The most painful thing is we are still loosing women till today at the hands of those who are supposed to protect them. I wish this song wasn't relevant and it only served as a reminder/a memory of what used to happen in S.A and around the world.
I've been coming back to watch still just gives me tears.. Men need to stop it enough😔😭
You not alone, tears come running 😔
I'm only discovering the song today. How come is it not trending? Our country and the whole world needs to hear it. It needs to reach each and everyone whether effected or affected by GBV.
Thank you to the brains behind it. Our country needs to heal.. And here is our start..
It's sad that even after so many tragedies, our South African men still continue to rob us of our lives. I attended a funeral yesterday that came at the hands of the partner and my heart is bleeding💔💔😭
Who's here after watching STELLENBOSCH UNIVERSITY CHOIR... Loyiso thanks for such beautiful and meaningful song.
Who in their right minds would dislike this though? 💔
God help us😰
This song is giving me goosebumps, the vocals are just too much. Not to mention the message 💔.. This really should be our national anthem.. Awasabele amadoda, we can't live like this.
is someone cutting onions .....I just can't my heart breaking even more with every picture I see
Its heartbreaking 😭😭😭
I feel you
3 years later i am back here, your voice heals the soul
Loyiso blessed the womb that carried you. You are truly a blessing. Your voice no matter how bad it is your it lighten up my day. I wish all the best in life may God protect you. I am literally crying. May God protect every women out there. We are truly living in hard times.
