So I’ve only built one lower, but I’ve then removed and reinstalled the same pivot pin. Both times I’ve just used a razor blade to push down the detent and it’s worked flawlessly. It’s easier to use needle nose pliers to start depressing the detent then push the rest of the way with the razor but yeah I could see how sometimes they’re a pain in the butt. This looks like a pretty simple process as well. A lot better than buying a whole tool to do it
I don't think it offers any benefit of the clevis pin but they are not anywhere close to 17 cents. They cost $2.75, which is still pretty cheap considering you can reuse them over and over.
Love Aero product, but your shipping sucks. As in bad. I've had to cancel so many orders as they've had no movement in months sometimes. Just get rid of your website altogether if you can't handle it. It makes you guys look so bad
