Ensure you have movement in your trucks. Also try standing in feet and really feel the weight transfer to your big then little toe. Then try it in skates. If you’re not getting movement you may benefit from looser trucks or even a softer cushion
Definitely. You’ll need a lot of movement in your trucks to get the deep edges. Loosen them slowly and feel the change. A little turn can make a big difference so take it cautiously.

Do you have any tips for outside edges? My feet naturally roll in which makes inside edges easier for me but outside edges are really tricky
