Omg we were there the same day and I remember my gf saying look how muddy that rzr is. It was when you guys where parked at the food truck. Then we ran into you guys last weekend.
Wow that's crazy! Small world. Even smaller offroad world. How often to you ride Wildcat? We're heading to Ride Royal Blue 3rd-6th October, but the last 4 trips for me have been to Wildcat. Twice with the X3 and twice with the RZR. You've talked me into the portals for mine. After putting the 32"'s on the XP 1000, it needs them.
@OffroadVeterans-fk4pu I know it's a small world for sure. We have been to Wildcat twice this year. It's really close so we go for day trips. I'll have to check our schedule, and maybe we can meet up at Royal Blue and do some riding together. I'm sorry I talked you into spending a lot of money, lol.
@@eprohoda Thank you!, Your channel has some awesome drone vids. I sub’ed. What drone are using? I’ve got one and keep talking about using the drone while we are driving SXSs, but have failed to do it yet.
Absolutely. On this particular ride, I got invited to go by a guy that lives close to me, so I jumped at the opportunity since this would be my first trip to Wildcat. James (in the Dukes of Hazzard X3) and I were the only veterans, but I didn't know James before this day. On all of our other rides we've got GMRS radios and convoy discipline lol. I know to mention it now, if I'm the only veteran in the group. Lesson Learned!
Not sure which direction your coming from but within an hour or so from Wildcat is Hollerwood (more difficult than Wilcat). Then there is Mine Made Adventure. 40k acres of wide open flats to hard core crawling and deep mud.we wil be at Mine made Labor day weekend.
We've been to Hollerwood in 2022 (I think, been a while). It's funny, you're the second person to mention Mine Made (to me) since Sunday. I never heard of it before and now I want to go. Looking forward to going there. Most of us will be driving from Bloomfield KY, Morehead KY, and Galatin TN areas. Are there places to stay overnight?
@OffroadVeterans-fk4pu they have RV full hook up, primitive camping and a couple cabins. Mine Made is my favorite out of all the offroad parks in KY, TN or WV. Im in KY just between Lex and Cincy. Not far from you.
@OffroadVeterans-fk4pu awesome. We've never had a bad time there. I have alot of that area mapped out. I can send you .gpx files for there. How is dirt nasty? I haven't made it there yet.
Dirt Nasty is a small park, but it's constantly expanding. You can get through most of it in a few hours. There's not a lot of obstacles yet, We like it because it's convenient and we used to take our Jeeps there long before it was Dirt Nasty. I might take you up on the .gpx files, that what my Garmin Overlander uses. The last few rides I've been using the Polaris Ride Command app on an iPad. Surprisingly it has a lot of the maps already. Although, at Wildcat, it seems to be missing several trails.
Looks like a great place to check out. Only a few hours and a state away for me. Thanks for the upload!
Thank you all for your service!
@@TuffSteelProductions yeah, we just went again today. Our drive is right at 2 hours. Plus however much time we burn at Buc-ee’s in Richmond.
One of the more in depth videos on Wildcat that I’ve seen..good vid!
We're heading back next Saturday to hit the things that we left on the table for this trip
Went last night here to the Halloween ride, WOW. Massive crowd what a great time!!
Crap, I wish I would've known. Would've went!

We took it easy on this ride ( we had a bunch of "nfg's". ) 0311 USMC.
We're heading back on Saturday (8/24) and plan on hitting some harder stuff with the RZR. The X3s were bored all day 😎
Think I’ll stick with the 64” machines…😊😊
