@@twhittygames Lore-wise sure, but you can straight up VATS while still n the vault before getting the pipboy in 4.
The Ghoul is using VATS! Thats why his shots are often shown in slow-mo, and his aim is on point.
People have also speculated that he has the 'Bloody Mess' perk - as well as a couple others (no spoilers!) He was also in the Army before he was doing kids birthday parties, so he's also the most trained out of them all.

Ghoul Bane is a great name for him. He's very much in the same vein as Cad Bane, and through the show you really understand why he is that way.

Say what you will about Todd Howard, but I really think him being such a part of this, is why its so good. Not because of his personal greatness. Far from it. But because they had someone on hand who gets this game, and gaming in general. The whole show plays out like a game even. You and your one companion, no more, and no less, kicking around doing wasteland things, is just a vibe.

Brotherhood in this show is reinforcements from the East Coast and the giant ship from episode 1 is the Prydwyn. So that means in Fallout 4 they won or the Minutemen did.
The Prydwyn is not their only airship. And this one looks different.
I have the same feeling about animals... kill any and all humans, but never touch the animals...
