Me rn lol been looking like the idiot who can't drive in my building. I avoided parallel parking for years with my parents car because I didn't want to risk scratching it but now I don't have a choice. It is what it is lol.
@Shafer Hart This is me lol. I have never had trouble parking in reverse or parallel parking. I spent an hour trying to park with a reverse camera. Never once was able to get into a space! 0 out of like 200. I disabled the reverse cams so I'm not tempted to look at them. Now I'm back to parking easily.
i just got a new car a couple months ago and it's my first car with a camera. it makes sense now that you've explained it but i had no idea how to use the reference lines before. thanks for your vids
I couldn't drive for a few years due to epilepsy. Now that I have medical clearance I bought a car with a reverse camera which freaked me out but after watching your video will give it a try - thanks!
Watching these videos gives true insight. It never really occurred to me the reference lines were so accurate. I now have better confidence and ability in parallel and reverse parking.
Bro the way you explain driving, Some of these things is a way of thinking i never imagined to think of. Like one & a half turns, i never thought of a wheel as parts but its pretty spot on. Ayo Hawwah Great Spirit Bless.
Dear Sir, I haven't been driving for a long time.since I've been watching your video.it bring back my driving interests.you are such a good teacher.simple clear and sense of humor.Really appreciate.Thank you for sharing.
1:18 I don't know why but you verification is funny. I usually take a little bit longer. Anyways, I watched an old video of yours from 2018 titled "Driving At Night - Part 1" and was really amazed at the editing. It's good to see you still putting effort on your videos with amazing editing. You're the man!
A good tutorial, I have been driving for over 35 years but am taking delivery of a new vehicle that has this technology, so never too old to learn. Thank you,
Never too old to learn. There you go. I have a video on that coming soon. Sometimes I get comments from people in their 30s that think they're too old to start driving. 30s!!!!!
I actually taught myself how to do it on my own lol my dad didn’t help me either my sister car I was borrowing the camera help me too but now I’m use to it and know how to do it perfectly 3 times.
I just reverse park the old fashioned way (making sure I'm 2 spaces away from where I'm reversing). Then when I am far enough in the spot and feel like I'm straight, then I just check the camera to center myself and correct if needed. I usually get out of the spot again to correct myself and reversing back in again if I need to.
I have a porter job where the lead porter training me had told me to trust my backup camera more but I I have too use mirrors especially when backing up between two cars
Thank you for making driving easy for people like me (I am extremely nervous about driving). Can you make a video about "tips for short person when it come to driving"? Also do you think new/nervous drivers can use google street view to familiarize themselves to roads before driving?
I've had a few requests for a video for shorter people, so it's on the list. As for Google Street, absolutely, in fact I already recommend that in these two videos: Merging on the highway part 2: ua-cam.com/video/R7Ax3l3G7jA/v-deo.html and Exiting a highway: ua-cam.com/video/GpQnPrJ1jCw/v-deo.html I have at least 1 more video specifically on that (Google Maps) in the to-do list, plus a video on how to use GPS, in which will also discuss that. Have a nice day.
What if the reverse camera is a after market not built in will our exam driving teacher disconnect the camera cable if its not allowed to use the back camera?
What's the best thing to do if you don't have those width guidelines and only the turning yellow lines? It's much harder to gauge when you're straight...
It's coming soon. Next one is Emergency Vehicles part 2, then after that it'll probably be parallel with reverse camera yes. I already have some footage actually, just need to film more.
Funny thing, but After I got a reverse camera it's harder for me to align the car perfectly straight in a parking spot 😆 Guess it has something to do with the too wide, hence distorted, field of view.
If you were used to do it the traditional way, yes, it becomes harder to use the cam. I use it only to see if I'm too close to what's behind, not to align myself.
There are no people parking with reverse cameras in shopping center parkings on the roads. Since they're parking in shopping centers. When driving on the roads, they're not using their reverse cameras.
I took my test yesterday in Montreal and passed! Thank you so much for all your helpful videos.
You just saved me big time! I couldn’t park in my assigned parking spot and was very overwhelmed. I watched this video and did it!! Thank you❤️
Glad it helped!

Watching these videos gives true insight. It never really occurred to me the reference lines were so accurate. I now have better confidence and ability in parallel and reverse parking.
They aren't accurate whatsoever. Just use your mirrors

Yup.That's good too. But the camera is good for the tip I give where there are no parking spots in front.
@@ConduiteFacile I'll definitely remember that for next time.
Watching from Italy 🇮🇹 your vedio do help me a lot thank you so much ❤
saluti dal Canada.
These videos help me so much when I’m on the rode, I’ll be setting up my drivers test soon.

Just remember to breathe! You’re in good hands if you’ve been watching these videos. They helped me pass. ☺️👍🏻👍🏻

They let use the camera during the test?
@@avec.ariette No

Niiiiiice. You're welcome and congrats.
This is extremely helpful, Thank you 🙏🏽😊
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for video
YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!
Very helpful thank you for sharing with us
You are the best
Great tutorial!! Can I use the same reference points to park in a lot present to the left side of the vehicle?

Good video I dont have a car but this videos are interesting.
Thank you thank you!!!!! I can't thank you enough
Twice is ok. 😊
Thanks
I drive an old car (2008 Ford Focus) but I’m still watching this lol.
You can buy a reverse camera for it.
What if the reverse camera is a after market not built in will our exam driving teacher disconnect the camera cable if its not allowed to use the back camera?
Hello!!! Can you make a video on right and left turns ?
How do you like the hyundai. I got it as my first car
Nice car yeah.
Pls more recents videos about the road exam ...
Next 2 ones, about pedestrians, will have lots of exam stuff.
I’m still afraid of taking my driving test even when I’m Florida you take the test in a parking lot. Also I have to take the test in a big SUV
What car are u driving during 2:30? A Toyota Camry? Model what and year thank you love your vid’s
Corolla 2021.
What's the best thing to do if you don't have those width guidelines and only the turning yellow lines? It's much harder to gauge when you're straight...
Does this trick work the same with practice cones?
thank u so much my sweetheart
I still struggle to measure 1.5 m from the car while sitting in the car.
My vehicle doesn't have the guide lines for the reverse camera, is there another reference point I can use through the camera?
I'll put that in my next video on reverse cameras. I didn't even know there were reverse cameras without lines, but I've had a few comments on that.
Do you have a parallel parking video using a reverse camera? Thx!
It's coming soon. Next one is Emergency Vehicles part 2, then after that it'll probably be parallel with reverse camera yes. I already have some footage actually, just need to film more.
@@ConduiteFacile Awesome. Thank a lot!
Only start turning the wheel when the vehicle is in motion. This saves unnecessary wear on your tyres.
does this also apply to the left side?
There's really no reason to reverse park on the left side, that's why I never make videos about it.
Funny thing, but After I got a reverse camera it's harder for me to align the car perfectly straight in a parking spot 😆 Guess it has something to do with the too wide, hence distorted, field of view.

Can you teach me to drive please!!!
Another great vid! Personally I think this is the most useless part of the driving test. Nobody reverse parks in that angle.
car big cars big car is too big
Arabic please
Or you can just pull in and back out.🤡
7 minutes long video about how to park with the camera... I'm scared of driving the roads where people who need this kind of tution are driving.
There are no people parking with reverse cameras in shopping center parkings on the roads. Since they're parking in shopping centers. When driving on the roads, they're not using their reverse cameras.
