yeah, a shame there is no official version anywhere. I found a flac file on some obscure site because I couldn't stand the 10 year old video with terrible quality.
Yeah this was only realeased on a bonus CD from 2002. They haven’t put it on any subsequent reissues which is a shame because not too many people know about this.
