I don't like how whenever I'm prompted with a character customizer, the first question is almost always "girl or boy" ☹. splatoon's customizer, while it does have merit, it feels a little like sweeping it under the rug. but, you know I can't blame society for not always acomodating people like me, because the nonbinary gender is such a destruction of the status quo, and from a logical stand point, I'll admit sex is something way more objectively binary (not that it always is tho) than gender, and it is one of the greatest determining factors of physical appearance, something that is pretty much the heart and soul of a character creater. (to get a little off topic now) that said, I love how pikmin 4 doesn't do that ❤. pikmin 4 is all like "what is face? *Shiver is a hot chick tho.* 😭
But Acht is just vague tho, but believe them to be non-binary or whatever..
Heck even Rassicas (an also a non binary Splatoon content creator) don't seem bother with pronouns while they're trying to translate the original japanese text.
And that's what I like about them, they don't implement any of their own fanon parts to put it with actual facts from their canonical character info while talking about it from their own translations.
The characters use they/them pronouns for them in elevator scenes

yeah I forgot what, but that's mostly for the player's character.
(wrong answers only)" 💛🤍💜🖤. although now that I think about it, being able to mix and match customization options regardless of gender is like a breth of fresh air from splatoon 2 😭
