I made stuffed peppers for dinner last night! But I used mild italian sausage, onion, garlic rice, marinara, Italian seasoning, and plenty of mozzarella and parmesan cheese 😋

If you don’t have leftover stuffing what could you substitute it for?
I love Stuffed Peppers Corgettes Tomatoes et al byt made by someone else cos I find them a lot of work. This does not look like your typical Stuffed Pepper, this looks like a meal. Laura, do you think they will freeze? I live alone and I would prefer to make some, eat one/maybe two and freeze the rest. But they look good. Thankyou

Don't isolate yourself. There are people who have been through what you might be facing right now and they overcame it. or even leftover spaghetti or pasta!

Great recipe as always Laura :) I 100% agree incredible meals can be made with leftovers. This is my favourite meal to make for movie night. Pizza stuffed peppers with a glass of Prosecco is perfection. Lining the baking tray with marinara sauce is really what makes this dish so delicious. I also always find grating the parmigiana and the onion right into the pizza filling before cooking does wonders for the flavour 🍕🍕🍕
