When Neman said "But is there enough Smoki?" touched my heart and reminded me of my Mother (Bosnian Woman grew up near Serbia) who loves loves Smoki and always needs it at her home
Woah, a Balkan vegan? That's great! ❤
Neman checking the food labels to ensure it's vegan is so thoughtful and sweet. Thank you for making this. It was fun watching you guys shop and snack for vegan snacks. ❤
Omg, we had so much fun doing this! I feel like we should explore other countries snacks!!!!! 😍😍😍
This could be a great series
Smoki has been sold in the Czech Republic by the name of "Křupky" (Krupky, translated circa like Crunchies). I used to eat it at my grandma's and loved the mix of airiness and the peanut taste. It's cool to see it has being crunched on in the Balkans too :)
Mochi / rice cakes became my cryptonite during the adulthood. I like the beans are used for the filling and it tastes like heavens.
By the way, Joanne, I have recently made your Paht bbang for the first time, so I could bring something to the birthday's party of my friend. It was a success given how delicious it is. Thanks for the inspiration!
I'm always up for learning more about Korean snacks. What a fun episode!
That apple pie looks delicious!!

Doesn't Baklava have clarified butter in it?
No. It was “posna balkvala” which means it’s made with NO dairy or eggs! 💚
First time in my life I see gay crnogorca 😅
LMAOO 😂😂😂😂😂
@@kalemyname logical absurd
Wait... while Balkan people are fasting they are vegan? That's not called fasting!
Literally how they do it, giving up milk eggs and meat for 40 days and call it a fast. 😅 there are many different ways of fasting I guess this is just one example.
Balkan ppl do eat fish during the fast so not vegan but pescatarian. Bosnian vegan here.
❤
