Ingredients
3-4 lemongrass stalks
cooking oil
5-6 garlic cloves, lightly smacked
2 lbs clams, scrubbed
a pinch of salt, optional
1 bird's-eye chili, thinly sliced, optional (or a pinch of red pepper flakes)
2/3-3/4 cup packed Thai basil leaves (about 1-1.5 oz)

Nguyên liệu và Cách làm Nghêu hấp sả và lá quế thơm lừng
3-4 nhánh sả
dầu ăn
5-6 tép tỏi, đập dập sơ
1 kg nghêu cọ sạch (mình dùng nghêu hai cồi)
1 nhúm muối nhỏ
1 trái ớt, thái lát (tuỳ theo bạn có ăn được cay hay không)
30-40 g lá húng quế
Lưu ý hấp nghêu vừa tới để vẫn còn ngọt thịt và không bị dai.
