Can’t believe that I just came across this, great stuff as usual Chris.

Like I said in Instagram, this is precisely what I am working on now. For the past couple of weeks, I've been coming to your channel on a daily basis. So much good content and the drills are simple and great to use on the range. Thanks Chris! Keep up the amazing work.
This drill brings in the thought of basic follow through. As in throwing a ball, if you apply correct follow through you will have better results getting to the target because you are keeping your arm alignment toward the target. This is different in golf as I look at this drill I think of it as follow through helping to keep your swing in the direction of the target. Thank you for that. Makes a lot of sense.
Once again you have broken the swing down and explained how important that specific part is as well as included a drill to help us improve. Thanks Chris, your channel is top notch! 🍻⛳
Enjoyed this video Chris and have to say a big thanks for all the other previous ones as well,, my golf has improved no end thanks to your down to earth step by step instruction ,, to say I owe you one is an understatement,
I have been doing a similar drill with the lead leg pushing down ( or feeling the ground). From one of your past videos. I feel that my swing is improving due to a better finish. Thanks Chris.
i use the move without the club as a warm up just b4 play to just stretch and warm up b4 swinging a club..i have had back trouble in the past so just gently working on that b4 teeing off really helps (and helps me to hit a decent 1st tee shot if i havent been able to go to a practice area before play
Hello Chris, thank you (yet again!) so much for an excellent description of an important part of the golf swing and a useful drill to address the issue. A quick follow up: does it also apply to short and medium chip shots?
Chris when you extend thru impact, should the arms feel like they parallel to the target line or should it feel like they should be inside of target line?
No matter what type of shot you are hitting, high, low, draw, fade, you should in my opinion still extend your pelvis (push pelvis forward) and spine (make spine more vertical) when the clubhead starts to get close to the ball. In other words in my opinion what ChrisRyan is teaching in this video can be applied to any shot even though the chest and belt buckle will be pointing in different positions when the swing is finished, when hitting different types of shots.
Chris. Love your videos. I am working on exactly this but am having a hard time understanding the rotation of the left hip. I think I tend to pull the left hip back. Am I right that in fact I should swing the right him forward to get the belt buckle to face the target? Also It just seems to get so much more difficult once I start to take fuller swings and my timing just breaks down making keeping my hands forward and extended really physically difficult. The result in my case seems to be an ugly flip. I am happy to do the drill for many months but am worried not understanding what prevents getting to this impact and finish while attempting a full swing.
I've became a very "spinny" player, finding it impossible to "post up". I always play the high draw(no surprise), but my strike is sometimes inconsistent. This drill should really help me. Thx
Im going to try this. I wonder what the bulging-disk in my back and my knee with no meniscus will have to say about this. Well Chris, I'm going to the range now to find out. I know what youre thinking.."on your bike then".

Thanks Chris, this may be the most important tutorial that no other instructor visits, nor explains so clearly, amazing and best instruction.

Hi Chris, in extending your chest toward the sky how do you prevent hitting the ball on the upswing/thin everytime? Thanks
Double impact with Van Damme was a great film. He is hard to beat up I imagine.

Hi Chris
Love your instructions

great vid!
Nice drill and explanation. Need to make sure the golfer has enough left hip motion, otherwise your lower back will get beaten up!

I hear u🤣
every time I try that I either cut across the ball or lift out the shot. I wish you would have slowed down the after impact sequence to the finish
Best ever!
Another top tip!
