brooo love your video, I'm starting with photography and bought a t3 as my first camera, I had my doubts about using it for street photography but with this video I'm 100% motivated
Love this video. What lens would you recommend for my T3 for shooting group photos like birthdays, family events etc. The angle is very narrow on my lens kit
I’m trying to get into Street Photography on film, I already use a digital and have some film cameras but nothing Nikon, or Canon for that matter. Just found your channel through Tom O’Neil ( Photography by Tom O’Neil ) and glad I have. Keep up the great work and as you would say “ See You On The Flipside”
Thank you for the kind words! I haven't done any street Photography with film since highschool, but, I do remember going out a few times with a 35mm point and shoot camera and getting some cool results, it's definitely a challenge though hahahaha. That being said it won't be much longer with the way my channel is growing that I am giving away a 35mm Nikon, and this one interaction has definitely put you in the eventual drawing lol! @@PinkhatPhotography I’ve not used film for years and before I really go into photography to this degree. Never used an SLR but I’ve got 4 so may as well give them a try, not something I’ll do a lot of as I’ve no interest, or room, to develop my own so it can become expensive. Another challenge I’ve seen on here and want to try is using a disposable camera, and for around £9/10 including developing its worth a go for a laugh. I’ve got so many projects I want to do plus Joel Meyorwitz’ course that I won ( had it over 6 months and not been near it ) it’s a good job I’m retired. One I’ll definitely do is about the areas I grew up in, my friend took a photo from a canal lock that I want to replicate as it shows Manchester in the distance, that’s if it’s a clear enough day. It’s only a few miles away and the city has changed so much since he took it in the 80s, so many skyscrapers now
@@PinkhatPhotography i currently still use it for little shoots like you said in the video, thinking about going to the mirrorless wave and get my hands on a sony alpha 7r.
Picked up a XTi 12 years ago. Been getting back into photography this last year. And man... My knees and back are begging for a live view camera lol. Got my eyes on a SL2 or 750D...But I got the 5d mk ii poking me cause I've been shooting with an Elan 7 and full frame just be hitting differently lol I just can't decide...
I have heard some amazing things about the Leica cameras, I personally don't have any experience with the 750d but it seems like a pretty good camera! Definitely a conundrum, personally I really like the live view too hahaha
Hey there! I was looking at buying that camera but then decided on the canon m50 instead. I'm super new to taking photos and videos though, mostly bought it for videos.
I've only heard good things about the canon M50! I was looking at renting one to do some portrait shoots and testing with from all the positive posts I've seen on it! It definitely has better videos quality than the Rebel T3!

I was a bit surprised at how much I enjoy this little camera, especially how light and easy it is to use!

I wouldn't go any wider than 24mm tbh

Oh that photo from the locke sounds awesome! I think a disposable camera challenge would be really amazing!
here in 2024 been into photography for about 3 years now. video was great man this camera was my first camera.
That's fantastic!! You still using it or have you upgraded?

I've played with a 7r a little bit, it's insane the resolution!

So fir general street photography is it better to use the center or the while focus points
Center would probably be best
Great street photography vlog, thanks for sharing
Thank you! I am starting to enjoy street photography again. I might have to go and do more of it!
I just bought one from goodwill with 2 lenses for 25 bucks. I already have a Nikon d3400 but you can never have to many DSLR cameras.
Hahaha I agree completely and for that price it would be silly not too
Another GiveAway ?** Really need to upgrade mine !
Yeah! Getting closer to 5k!!!
hey can i use this for wedding photography matched with good lenses?
This one would work for a lot of wedding applications, especially in good lighting such as outdoors
@@PinkhatPhotography thanks and would ya recommend T7 as well for wedding photography?
The t7 from everything I've read is an amazing camera!
Between this and Nikon D60? Who will you recommend?
I have very little experience with the Nikon d60, so I wouldn't be able to give a good answer on this
@@PinkhatPhotography oh ok that’s fine thank you so much for answering right away! 🙏🏽
Absolutely!
What’s the lens you used with this camera?
I'm currently using the yongnuo 50mm f1.8 prime lens with the Canon rebel t3
@@PinkhatPhotography thanks so much! Never heard of that brand of lens. Keep doing the Lord’s work out here 😂
Absolutely! It's a fantastic little budget friendly AF lens. I have one on my nikons as well
Nifty fifty for the win
The nifty fifty is always the way to go!!
