It's surprisingly good for such a tiny set up, and I love your fingerprint solution for diffusion ;-) Fun for travel, places where you can't take a bigger rig without permits, and I guess the quality is fine for a lot of social media content. I'm not keen on the bowed blue flares though. Can you mount the anamorphic adapter vertically to get a more square frame I wonder? I do this with PL lenses for some client work where they want a square format with a very different look. Thanks for the great footage👌
Looks beautiful Luca! And from such a compact package!! These are all the lovely shots. Curious to know how you got the best out of this combo and also in what circumstances it didn’t work so well?
Thanks! To get the best results, I've filmed in manual exposure mode, keeping the shutter speed at 1/120 thanks to the ND filters. Where it didn't work that well is when you tilt the camera and the flares are showing out bowed (I didn't like it), but for the rest it's a solid setup 👌🏻
What do you think about this combination? Usable? I'm curious to know your opinion about it ✌🏻
Image looks cool👌, blue flare

Were you using a mist filter as well, or is that all post-processing? Great shots, probably the best use of this anamorphic lens I’ve seen thus far.
Thanks! I've actually used fingerprints on the rear element of the anamorphic adapter in some shots, to give a bit of bloom to
the highlights. ✌🏻

This is kind of wild actually, looks really really good. Would be nice to get anamorphic + ND stacked though.
Thanks! Yes, in the kit there are also 3 nd filters that can be used with or without the anamorphic adapter. Cheers!
