Don't be desperate for love!!! Many people don't know what is real and pure love. Some people don't even like or love themselves!!
That part. I was that girl before but I learned and feel freer than I’ve ever felt.
My Grandmother always reminds/says, THAT AIN'T YO HUSBAND. That ain't yo husband!!! I always wondered why she would always say this, but life taught me a time or two. Smh
Stop believing when a man tells you you his wife after only a few dates. He becomes a false prophet at that point. Men throw marriage proposals around like mounds of dirty socks. See the red flags. Don’t ignore them. Use your time frames that Tony speaks of. Use your intuition and discernment from God. Stop ignoring God and yourself.

A whole lot of my single female friends get carried away over a guy, some even thinking of letting them move in with them, only if he does something simple and small for them like take them out to eat and pay for a $20.00 meal or pay for them to get their hair and nails done. I be like REALLY!!!!

I did some silly things in my 20s/early 30s...thank goodness I've let go of the foolishness and been on my celibacy journey for nearly 2 years...no ding ding without the wedding 💍... and no soul ties to worry about...i feel great!

I had a friend from kindergarten we were like twin sisters that even thought alike. She started dating this guy that was a friend of our families. I could not believe she was serious about him but by the time I found out about it, it was a full relationship even though he was married and we all knew his wife. I let her know repeatedly this relationship was wrong. The closer they became as a couple the more distant we became as friends. The people who encouraged the relationship convinced her I was jealous of her relationship especially since I was single.
Eventually, he left his wife and married my friend. The red flags before they got married became fire engine red with sirens and all in the marriage. Unfortunately she had no one to talk to because she had pushed her real friends away. And she was embarrassed. Not long into the marriage he started having an affair with a family friend that we all know. Eventually he divorced my friend and married the family friend.
There is so much Tom Foolery woven into this whole story that you couldn't believe it. But when Tony says be cautious and listen to the people who know and love you, he ain't nevah lied.

I'm glad you mention pics because way too many people think it's the standard to send pics to men they haven't even met, because men have convinced us it's now a standard part of dating. Look, even the people who work at these phone companies can see you! Many have mentioned on Twitter and Facebook that your pics come up even when you called just for troubleshooting.
Even after you decide to trust a new man enough to introduce him to your kids, still never leave him alone with them!! I never even left my child's own father alone with her because of some red flags he gave me. I've heard of too many things...

Came out she was having an affair with a married man. In court The lawyer read all the nastiness she wrote in those messages

This happened to one of my childhood friends, I seen the signs her man was controlling and abusive and he got into her head to cut me off cuz I don’t want her to be “happy “ now the men is giving her black eyes and beating her upside her head. He even got her to cut her father and brother off cuz they didn’t like him either. So clearly wet don’t want her to be “happy” 🤷🏽♀️

Three questions:
• How do you keep your guard up without attacking (to protect yourself), but also allow yourself to fall for the guy?
• Why do men 50+ cheat after 30 years of marriage and leave the marriage?
• How do you know if your family comes from jealousy or wisdom?
Take things slow, stay off your back, pay attention to his character, and how he treats not only you but others around him
Only listen to family members who have always had your best interest
Heal the emotional wounds of the inner child that was never protected and once you accept, validate and release the emotions you can add new dialogue about how to engage in situations and be firm yet kind when stating your boundaries. Study up on the subject of inner child work because the attacks aren't coming from the grown woman that you are but the defenseless, helpless little girl who was hurt in the past and is still suffering because the feelings have not yet been processed. They cheat because they never valued their first wife. Men are creatures of respect whereas our kindness is seen as a weakness when in fact we give grace out of love not because we are weak. Dysfunctional people are terrible role models of love because they claim to be all about it but don't have the slightest idea what it actually entails. They can't give what they don't have! Wisdom and jealousy could both be present but only you can make the judgment call. Good luck!
Also listen to Tony about not sending naked pictures. My ex and I did this and someone ended up stealing the SIM card out of his phone. They not only had my pictures, but also my name, address, number and all of our text history. Never again...

Been going through this with my 21 year old daughter. LEAVE THE RELATIONSHIP, LISTEN TO YOUR CHILD & YOUR MOM! Isolation, not talking to people, all of a sudden pulled back from everyone, after seeing my granddaughter daily. My granddaughter is 3 & threw a fit when they had to go to his house. (Thinking they were in happy though) as if I didn't want her happy, and that's not the case. We can see what they don't see!
