Thank you for this super clear tutorial! I've never been able to crochet "backwards" before but you demonstrated it so well, I found it easy

What a beautiful stitch. Love the look. It would make a great pillow cover.

The working in reverse may take some getting use. But thank goodness! Someone who zooms in, stays in frame and is not using the same color material as the background! Great tutorial.

HI love your work and your tutorials i was hoping that next time you make a basket you could record how to make the bottom and the complete the whole basket because i cant follow the pattern instructions im dyslexic and i learn through visuals thank you for your time and thank you for sharing your beautiful art.

Ughh thank you!!! Why didn't I find Your tutorial first?? Let me just tell you there are some BAD tutorials out there for this stitch, so bad I nearly gave up on it. So thank you again for this clear and concise tutorial. 🥰

When working on the backside, I think what you are using are yarnUNDERS, not yarnOVERS. Bit easier to work the stitch with the yarnunders! Certainly produces a really nicely textured stitch-thank you for this very clear and helpful tutorial

So, question...if I wanted to make a beanie with this stitch pattern obviously I would want to work that in the round as seamlessly as possible. how would I carry that up to the next row rather than turning? Also how would I change colors between rows?

I purchased the basket pattern on Ravelry, do you have a video for the bottom of the basket?

Lovely! I want to use it for my sweater. How can I increase and decrease with this when I want the neck on vertical position of the stitch?

If you could just hand over that ring, that'd be great.
I'll settle for where you got it 😄

Excellent tutorial. I wanted to share to Pinterest but the "share" button wouldn't let me. I'll try copying & linking the address of the video.

I am making a round basket I go spiral so there is no right and wrong sides. I am always on the right side ... is there a catch when I reach the end of the row ??

For this stitch, it needs to be worked in rows, you could turn at the end of each round.
