Should be #1 video for ALL newbs! We need more technique videos that really explain things, like maybe do a shifting video. Narrate when your shifting. Say "2nd" "3rd" " break down 2nd" yada yada. I think that would be a fantastic vid! Great video!
Also another tip to help hold on to the bike with your legs is to put your toes in to the bike so your heels are facing outwards. It helps so much with the grip

No the jumps are fine! i think it helped them because people would be more scared now to hit them due too not knowing what can happen and if they already did that on bmx the air wouldn't feel different it'll just be the bike that would be different
