Oh my goodness thank you for this, it's such a great feeling to know I'm not alone with how my kids respond, that it is normal and I'm not failing. I've started homeschooling my kindergartener and I've been wondering if we had made the right decision
Yes! And there were many parts I cut out because of time. You are NOT alone and kids are kids! They don't always react the way we want but we love them anyway and guide their actions in a loving way. ❤ Just keep swimming mama. 😉
Oh my gosh I can relate to this on so many levels my oldest two are boys and we use the good and the beautiful, I loved the silly outtakes I feel like that is every day in my life!
I ordered Math 2 for my 2nd grader. I had a hard time with Abeka math and decided to try something different. I think this will help my school day so much.

I’m doing the old K math kit because I bought it before the new came out, I was worried that the new would be too different from the old but this level 1 looks right on track from where the K will leave off! We love that months of a year song. My girls made up a ballet dance to it 😂😂 cute video! My daughter is just finishing up TGATB K and I'm Discerning which math to do next!
We don’t do the reviews unless it’s needed!!! It looks like he’s enjoying his math lesson!!! Learning should be fun!!! We ended up not using level 1 but I downloaded it so it could be be used as review a long with the lower levels we did use as my kid who is doing multiplication could do with doing more skip counting. They have a skip counting app as well!!!
Thank you so much! We did some TGAB last year, but we did not buy the math activity box (just the downloaded pdf). With that being said, I just ordered this Math1 box a week or so ago, and cannot wait for it to arrive! We will be doing TGAB LA, and Math, plus Classical Conversations! Glad that I found your channel :-)

I am a Christian by the way and we decided to homeschool ours as well. What is it about it that many of us like that idea of homeschooling so much? Anyone can respond. God bless guys!
We have the level 1 and 2 box. Would you say when my little gets to that level math that I should rather do the new math? What would you do? Thanks. We are busy with old level k math. She enjoys it. But also wants to do new level k
Honestly we loved both of them. The only benefit from the new math is that the lessons don't take as much time as the old math. But either one works. 😉
