I love how they updated it to include books that only use words the child has learned… it seems so much more logical and sequential and I can imagine my son enjoy it so much without stress.
I love that TGTB addresses the issue with b and d. My little one struggles with that as well as other letters. And the art work and colors and activities are just amazing. They truly do gods work.
I love that they are considered more “grade level.” My kids were in public school and I think it was a bit confusing that I had to use level one for second grade last year. But there was holes in their learning from pandemic public school (20/21) so I knew I couldn’t start them on the level just to make me feel good!
I love the minimalistic approach in the sense that it’s not overwhelming . It’s simplistic for a child to comprehend , it’s step by step and not all over the place like other curriculum. So you can go at your pace with ease.
So many things I love about the new level K! This will technically be our 2nd year homeschooling. This fall my kids will be 5, 3 and almost 1. We'll be starting Kindergarten and my middle will join in when he wants, otherwise he'll play/color/etc. I love that this is open and go of this curriculum. We are always spending time at the park and library so the would be perfect to incorporate during our visits. I tend to worry about "is this enough", but after watching your flip through it certainly is. I love that is incorporates all the subjects in one book. Thank you!

This will be my first time homeschooling my 51/2 year old and is special needs and I love how detailed the materials are and how specific they are so that you as the teacher and the child as the student are able to succeed. I also love how they incorporate an app for visual learners it’s a big plus as a visual leaner myself and how it gives you specific instructions and lists all the materials you’ll need so that you’re prepared ahead of time. Overall, very organized and thought out curriculum.

One of the things I like about The Good and The Beautiful is that they put free curriculums on their website which gives more access to parents as education shouldn't be expensive. I like how the Level K has an app- for example the letter tiles activity is engaging and fun for a child. I like how the course has a keen focus on teaching to read whilst not putting a heavy focus on spelling as my son can focus on reading first then move onto spelling. I like the cute 20 books. They look fun and are perfect for little readers. The lessons don't seem too long which is perfect for little one's who struggle to focus 🙂

I am new to homeschooling and will start my 5 year old this coming year. I’ve already started for the summer with him and he seems to be enjoying it a little but I haven’t seem to find something that really works for him yet. I’ve been looking into the good and the beautiful since I first learned about it while I was doing my research for curriculum reviews and I love that I found your page. I love everything the good and beautiful does, each time it’s better but the goodness is the same just way more. I love how everything is more compacted and time prep is even way less. So excited to dive into our school year.
My daughter is starting Kindergarten this fall & I’m so excited for the updated version. She’s so drawn to art & the more colorful, gentle format will be so wonderful!

Thank you this video and your insight based on previous versions. This past year was our 1st homeschooling year and along the way, I became the Kindergarten teacher (at the 2nd half of the year) in the program we attend. The kiddos I taught had a very difficult year and although made great progress towards the end, their phonics/reading skills were highly affected. I have been researching so many language arts curriculums because I want to build strong skilled readers/writers this upcoming year and it seems TGTB K is what I will be choosing. A bonus is that parents have a choice of cost for this program. THANK YOU for such a thorough explanation. Oh! and I will take your advice and start with K Prep so that we all start on the same level!

Oh my gosh, this is AMAZING!!! My son is starting K in the fall and this curriculum looks amazing!!! I love that there are so many ways to keep the kids engaged and of course it’s so beautiful!
I like how they included the mastery component with the little targets to help you go as slowly as your child needs and doesn't frustrate them if they are not ready for next skills.

This looks so sequential! I loved the old level K but this looks even better! I love that reading cards are separate from the course book so that it's easier to customize the speed for a child, slowdown or speed up as needed!
I really like how it encompasses so many different subjects all in one. It makes it easier for busy parents not having to get multiple curriculums. I also like the booster books very helpful.
I love that it is more appropriate for a typical kindergartener. A bit slower paced, but still packed full of fabulous curriculum and extra resources. I’m a brand new homeschooler this year for my firstborn son so we will definitely be learning together.

I am new to The Good and the Beautiful. I really love that the Booster A cards would allow my daughter to read at her own pace. Also, a lot of beginner readers out there are either too boring or they include words that were not learned yet. That being said, I love the included readers (and the new nature readers) that line up perfectly with the course and that there is no guess work involved. The whole course is beautiful!

Ohh my goodness we've been waiting until they released the new level K before we continued on! So excited to do it with my little boy. I love all the new additions and it looks so fun!
I love that the lessons seem more even in terms of workload from day to day. On the older versions there would be heavy work days and then super light days and sometimes it took us several days to do one lesson. There didn't seem to be a reason for that but my kids would dread the long intense lesson days! These newer versions should even out those long tough days. I'm looking forward to ordering the levels next autumn.

I love the introduction of the reading booster cards and the corresponding books! Been searching high and low for something like that as has always made so much sense to me
I love that this looks like the lessons will be quicker, and that it still looks very thorough but a little slower. And I LOVE the Reading Booster Cards! My eldest COULD NOT stand doing the phonics flashcards, I think these would have been so much easier with her. It reminds me of the Abeka phonics books I did as a kid.
I love that the readers are included and use only phonetic words! My son would get frustrated with ones like “snow”. It seems like it has more games/activities as well! My son is struggling with the current/old level K so I am thinking of making the switch to this new one.
Love the design and feel of the new Level K! Went through their original Level K with my oldest and (although I loved it!!) all of the things I would have changed, they changed!!! LOVE TGTB!

I actually switched from abeka to TGATB because of your videos. My son is going into level K this time and I’m so excited for this new curriculum! I love that there will be an app for him. He’s very into technology and I think it will make school so much more fun for him! He’s an avid reader already thanks to this curriculum. We really love it and I plan to use it for my other 3 kiddos.

I love everything about the new levels for LA. I love the booster card books so much because I have been looking at other reading programs that involve a lot of cards in a box- and my kids will inevitably lose a few 🤣🤦🏻♀️ I like that the cards are all bound and that just makes it so easy to keep track of. Thank you so much for the flip through... I was able to see more of the pages to get a better feel of where I should start. We also took the level test but seeing it makes it easier to understand :)
I would love this! I will be starting kindergarten with my son next year. We loved the previous edition, but this looks great too! I like the separate reading booster cards, so the kids can progress through those as quickly as they'd like.
I love the integration of geography! As one of my favorite subjects, I've been a little disappointed that geography isn't in most K curriculums. I love the colorful illustrations and variety of activities.
I just love it all so much I could cry! I literally did a happy dance looking through it! I love the reading booster cards so I know my kiddo is on track and can give them the opportunity to advance as needed. I also love that it uses a HUGE variety of learning tools, the kids will never get board! Every day will be a new adventure. I’m excited to see the reading booster games!
I love there approach to blending. I think this will help the child to learn to read more words quickly, instead of going through each word family and learn how to blend more easier. I also love the booster cards being in a book instead of doing the phonic cards. Plus its beautiful and engaging. Things just got even better with the app. We loved Bobby and the Big Road!

I love that they tell you to master something first before moving onto another part. There is no guessing what should be done. I wish I had this with my oldest child because it would have taken out alot of my guess work and Google searches. Also LOVE independent practice as I have 3 kids. I don't know how you manage it with 5!
Ok, first off- you are too cute in those outtakes and the last bit had me cracking up. As far as the curriculum, I love that it includes the app for a fun change up. I have a young kindergartner this year, and this new version feels like it’s at a better pace (and I love that they include pacing for you with the booster cards) than the older version. I love all of the new components that go along with the level K. I love that it is all you need, and it is not only minimalistic and simple, but beautiful and a very thorough curriculum. I also love that it is open and go, quick is such a blessing for this mama of 8! 🌹🥰

Ohh my goodness we've been waiting until they released the new level K before we continued on! So excited to do it with my little boy. I love all the new additions and it looks so fun!
I love that the lessons seem more even in terms of workload from day to day. On the older versions there would be heavy work days and then super light days and sometimes it took us several days to do one lesson. There didn't seem to be a reason for that but my kids would dread the long intense lesson days! These newer versions should even out those long tough days. I'm looking forward to ordering the levels next autumn.

The inclusion of the apps and geography look amazing. It seems fairly simple without too many pieces and prep work, how fun!
So excited about all the changes TGATB has been making. I think my daughter will love the letter app and the new readers. The neat thing is that there is something new and beautiful on each lesson while also being friendly to kinesthetic learners like my daughter. Thanks for this flip through:)

I love that it is an open and go course! Seems like the extra items would be things that most people already have on hand so that's also a plus!

Me and my kids love this course for Level K. English is our 2nd language and now they are so excited to learn. The books are so colourful.

I love the introduction of the reading booster cards and the corresponding books! Been searching high and low for something like that as has always made so much sense to me
I love that this looks like the lessons will be quicker, and that it still looks very thorough but a little slower. And I LOVE the Reading Booster Cards! My eldest COULD NOT stand doing the phonics flashcards, I think these would have been so much easier with her. It reminds me of the Abeka phonics books I did as a kid.
I love that the readers are included and use only phonetic words! My son would get frustrated with ones like “snow”. It seems like it has more games/activities as well! My son is struggling with the current/old level K so I am thinking of making the switch to this new one.
Love the design and feel of the new Level K! Went through their original Level K with my oldest and (although I loved it!!) all of the things I would have changed, they changed!!! LOVE TGTB!
I love the way that everything is so organize and easy to follow. Never tried the good and beautiful and is one of my choices for the next scholar year!!!! I'm so excited!!!
My favorite change is probably the reading booster cards vs the former cards. I think this new course is going to flow so much better!!

I really like the idea of the booster cards. We love the old version, but I think this newer version will grab my kiddos attention more:)
I'm so excited to have readers that correlate EXACTLY with what my child has already learned. My boy is having a really hard time learning to read, so I'm hoping that that will help build his confidence and motivate him to keep moving forward. 🤞

My son is going into level K this time and I’m so excited for this new curriculum! I love that there will be an app for him. He’s very into technology and I think it will make school so much more fun for him! He’s an avid reader already thanks to this curriculum. We really love it and I plan to use it for my other 3 kiddos.
I love how it is beautiful and simplified. We did kindergarten last year with the other version and will be starting again with the next kid soon. I am excited for how this new version looks!

I love everything about the new levels for LA. I love the booster card books so much because I have been looking at other reading programs that involve a lot of cards in a box- and my kids will inevitably lose a few 🤣🤦🏻♀️ I like that the cards are all bound and that just makes it so easy to keep track of. Thank you so much for the flip through... I was able to see more of the pages to get a better feel of where I should start. We also took the level test but seeing it makes it easier to understand :)
I would love this! I will be starting kindergarten with my son next year. We loved the previous edition, but this looks great too! I like the separate reading booster cards, so the kids can progress through those as quickly as they'd like.
I love the integration of geography! As one of my favorite subjects, I've been a little disappointed that geography isn't in most K curriculums. I love the colorful illustrations and variety of activities.
I just love it all so much I could cry! I literally did a happy dance looking through it! I love the reading booster cards so I know my kiddo is on track and can give them the opportunity to advance as needed. I also love that it uses a HUGE variety of learning tools, the kids will never get board! Every day will be a new adventure. I’m excited to see the reading booster games!
I love there approach to blending. I think this will help the child to learn to read more words quickly, instead of going through each word family and learn how to blend more easier. I also love the booster cards being in a book instead of doing the phonic cards. Plus its beautiful and engaging. Things just got even better with the app. We loved Bobby and the Big Road!

I love that they tell you to master something first before moving onto another part. There is no guessing what should be done. I wish I had this with my oldest child because it would have taken out alot of my guess work and Google searches. Also LOVE independent practice as I have 3 kids. I don't know how you manage it with 5!
Ok, first off- you are too cute in those outtakes and the last bit had me cracking up. As far as the curriculum, I love that it includes the app for a fun change up. I have a young kindergartner this year, and this new version feels like it’s at a better pace (and I love that they include pacing for you with the booster cards) than the older version. All the updates are really intentional and we’ll thought out. Thank you for the giveaway opportunity!!
I like that TGATB has continued to keep things so open and go. They make homeschooling so doable especially for newcomers to educating like myself.
