I don't know if you knew about a easter egg about soda pop. If you hold block when he goes for a uppercut he will freeze. Give him a body blow and that is an instant star punch. And as a added bonus if you do that if you stun him with a jab right after you recieve a star punch from the freezing uppercut you will instantly Knock him down. Just will put that out there for you. Try it. Its tricky but I haven't seen no one expose that yet.

I tried playing this on my emulator but when I put in the code it doesn't work. And before anyone asks yes I am pressing Select+A+B at the same time when I input it. Can anyone tell me why it won't work?
You got to press Start select A B at the same time for 135-792-4680 I use these games on regular nes not emulators I got over 300+ nes games for regular nintendo.
If your input device is a keyboard, you probably won't be able to do it on an emulator. You have to press 4 buttons at once, and most keyboards can only handle 3 simultaneous inputs.

The whole chocolate and randomized joke tips were probably added for humor factor. (For me, it worked.) EX: “Hey, Mac. I don’t wanna ruin the surprise, but I got you a matching leotard for your birthday!” “Whats your favorite flower, son? Mines chocolate!” Those worked. It is true, sometimes it really was inconvenient. Like one time, in the TD mode against Mr. Sandman. Instead of a REALLY needed tip, I got a chocolate joke instead. Then I lost against Mr. Sandman. Not a good feeling. Doc Louis is a nice character, and a good coach. In my opinion, one of the best parts of Punch Out. To this day, I still hope a Punch Out game comes out on the switch.

Actually that’s wrong! If you do a Super Punch (That’s a Star) on Tyson (Because of his difficulty and AI) he will automatically dodge and punch you.

Left punch is slightly faster, although it's also weaker. But it does give you points at a faster rate.
