V2 is not a mandatory callout for many airlines and yeah considering weight v1 and VR can be very close and sometimes if aircraft is heavy the V1 and VR can be miles apart
The callouts on an airbus usually are: MAN FLEX ..., SRS, autothrust blue, 100kts, v1, rotate, positive climb/rate, gear up. I've rarely seen V2 being used.

Lol…no…100kts maybe V1….Vr is after that and would be around 150kts….then liftoff, then V2….positive rate(of climb), then gear up…..autopilot on(2 of them, #3 is backup)….then turn on the stereo and light a cigar….and where are the dancing girls???
@@daviddilley538Vr is depending on weight, it can be a pretty big range. Positive rate and gear up usually comes before V2. And only 1 Autopilot will be turned on and unless the 380 is different, I doubt there are 3 autopilots.
Captain what is the difference between 100 knots and 80 knots before V1 and Rotate. When I hear V1 and Rotate, that is my favorite part of the flight. I LOVE THAT SPEED. ❤
In airbus aircrafts (100 knots) anf Boeing (80 knots) is a callout to check both airspeed indicators are working properly one callsout 100 knots the other pilot verifies it in his display and callout check if it is correct

Most manufacturers, besides those two, also use 80. The reason why Airbus advises 100 knots versus 80 knots is because you have to push the sidestick forward about half way during the takeoff. You are supposed to release this input at 100 knots. So instead of having 2 call outs, one at 80 and one at 100, they combined the two at 100. But again, there are airlines who use 80 knots for all their aircraft, including Airbus.

@@willhernandez13 United, American and Delta have cadet programs now, due to the pilot shortage. You can also join a national guard unit and get into a C-130 program. (Unless this has changed).
This is a normal ECAM message during take-off and landing. It's just telling you that certain cautions and warnings are being suppressed during these critical phases of flight.
